Seniors î need advice from u, i am from punjab and now m going to delhi to live with my brother for a month or two... I want to ask that if now i will get remedical request can i do it from delhi or i have to come back to punjab coz on application my inlaws address(punjab's) is written.. Plz help me.

Hi all

I applied for PR through my wife's sponsorship on 20th of march 2014. Sponsorship approved on 30th April. File sent to CHC delhi 1st of May, on May 12 CHC ask for additional docs i.e PCC and Right of landing fee which i sent on 13th May and 29th May this year. After that so far i never received anything. Would anyone let me know how long it may take before chc ask for passport.

remember i re-apply this case before it was refused back in 2012 due to not submission of PCC from Uk which was not clear that time. I went through interview last time anyway, so this time interview would not required as per my knowledge.This time it was clear and submitted with the application.

Seniors I got an ADR request on 29th of July and my medical is expiring on 29th of sept.What are the chances of me getting a visa before medical expiring?
Has there been a case that an ADR applicant got a visa before medical expiring coz I don't think so.

as far as I know you can do it anywhere (except overseas I think)..I think medical check is a medical check up anywhere but consult one of the New Delhi or Punjab doctors' on the list provided in the link

FINALLY AFTER 14 MONTHS WE FINALLY RECD OUR PASSPORT BACK WITH SHINY VISA!!!!! YAAAAAYYYY YIPPPPPEEEEEEE im a remedical applicant...interview was end of july and remed on august 7 and passport request was august 18 and visa was issued on august 25 from CHANDIGARH!!!!! we recd their email on august 26 that they have sent our passprt back to our address and decision made updated on august 29, 2014 and this morning august 30, 2014 we got the passport!!! IM SOOO HAPPPY I CANT BELIEVE THIS FINALLY THE WAIT IS OVER!!!

i sincerely hope all of you get good news very soon!!
