Not able to understand anything where this file stands.... dont know what to do....

The information is based on multiple posts on Canadavisa, and as mentioned in the description page I am not too sure if all these are correct.

What we can do is start a petition and ask for these locations explained by CIC/NDVO so GCMS notes would make some sense.

RC-9570 means Mississauga, and RC-9515 is for Ottawa.

See if you have "Interview Waived" or "Interview Recommended" anywhere in the notes.
We know that NDVO likes to make things harder for applicants. They could send us text based PDFs but we get an image based file where text search doesn't work.
If you have any PDF editing tool, you can make it text based or may mail it to me to get it converted for easy searching.

Regarding your IP Q: NDVO does a lot of processing, like a lot of applicants received ADR, so their file was processed yet their status shows AR. So IP doesn't really mean In Process. Process starts well before that. They must show IP in ecas after a certain stage so we don't bother them

I see that the general trend for the re-medicals are those people whose applications changed to "In Process" after the medicals expired. Is this the case? Are there case where a re-medical was requested after the application changed to "In Process"?

Usually NDVO would rush you from IP2DM if your medical is expiring soon. Mostly they call the applicant to confirm if (s)he can fly before the medical expiry date. In cases of Primoo and Sukhrav though re-medical came about 20 days after IP. Another interesting fact is applicants prior to August 2013 had to go through re-medical only if they had an interview, so if you were not asked for an interview, your file would be done within 12 months from medical date (based on the data we have).

Thanks for sharing this information. Another observation to note would be that Primoo and Sukrav's medicals had already expired before their applications changed to "In Process" therefore a re-medical was definitely required. I do realize that "In Process" doesn't really mean that this is the first time they touched the file. My understanding is that the file is reviewed prior to an application changing to "In Process".

generally we all received remedical request after that our status changed to IP. ..for ex- they changed my status on 4 July after that on 6 July they send me remedical request..I done it on 8th...but after 4 days my status changed to IP on ecas...I was see it on 9th July. ..
so basically concept is all the applicants on above list few done dere interview after dat dere status changed to IP and others who didn't hv interview but dere medical going to b expire so they changed it to IP means no interview. ..
sometimes people curious dat y they give us 7 days validity dats bcoz dere medical expires already a week before or going to b expires in a week. ..

Wat does file location FCU-DIS means...

it means Decision making stage. ..

just one week back someone asked me dat same question through PM....his notes shows DIS....and last week his status changed to DM. ..

but in ur case ur notes indicate dat ur marriege is geniune and they will b take decision. ...but only sad thing is ur medical going to b expire soon. ...so maybe they will call u or u received remedical request. .

but don't think too much dat y ur status still in AR. ..and dese notes are generated in July a whole month earlier notes so maybe a gud thing going to b happen soon. ..ur notes says positive things so relax dear. ..
