So last week we received an email from Immigration saying "we did not receive a reply to our July 5th email, do you want to cancel the application or submit the info"

So our lawyer emailed the freaking information AGAIN, along with our reply to Immigration on July 10th and their acknowledgement of receipt of the email from July 10th... My husband couriered everything to the New Delhi office...

I just honestly can't believe they have done NOTHING on our file in two months even though we sent the information two freaking months ago...

so frustrating!!!

How annoying is that ? they don't even look at the f*****g courier's !

for most of the applicants the medical expiry date is not correct whats dere timeline shows bcoz we usually done our medical but they received it after 10 or 15 days later...so maybe ur medical will b valid till first week of Oct. ..notes mention the due date...

I think maybe ur VO not very lazy and maybe they will call you to fly before ur medical expires. ..so chances are 50-50...
so for another 15 days keep ur phone close to you...gud luck

I am wondering whats NDVO doing with my file.Am i the only november applicant ,not received any ADR requests," dont kno anything abt interview" (not received any call or mail so far) still waiting for IP? The three times MP enquiry was done,they said the same thing,All your documents have been received and filed.No issues.one predicted even predicted that i will get my passport in three weeks,and that WEEK is AUG 4th week.

Seniors,W2E ,fakename,rksandhu...can someone pls predict what could be the possible reason for this?
Many nov applicants arnd my timeline either gt requests for ADR ,remedicals...etc..etc
Losing hope...

Finally i did apply for notes last week..n gt to wait till end of sep for a reply for that... ???

each case is different so just don't think something is wrong with your file and that's why the delay..in my partner's case it took 11 months to see some movement from NDVO (it was interview)....wait until you see your notes and see what it shows. If it shows 'nothing started' then we can figure out what the next step is...as for possible reason I don't know because it could be number of reasons and it could be all guesswork..

You should hear from NDVO soon, and your case should be completed within a month (as per the averages of ADR cases so far). Again these are mere averages to know if you are in the normal timeline or not.

I'd recommend you to apply for notes if you haven't done so in last 10 days. That will give you an exact understanding of what is going on with your file.

I have never applied for Notes and Mp enquiry.
And on 5th august we did mail to NDVO and they replied ur file is awaiting for further review.

I have got an email from NDVO to send RPRF proof& PCC submission. my question is, i have already submitted my wife's PCC but the police dept. of Haryana has mentioned on PCC that she has been living at current residence from oct 2013. i.e after wedding. Do we need to submit an another PCC from her state before wedding ? Any idea ??

Today first ANNIVERSARY of my APPLICATION grttttt...12 MONTHS PASSED I damn happy
I m getting frustrated day b day with this wait..
last month I was soo happy dat this torturing process will b over and in august I will b join my hubby. ..now July gone august gone...today 12 months also gone....
I cant explain how I feel right now..didn't eat properly, losing weight, now its become a hobby to crying. ..
I really shattered wid this bloody process. ...

hey rksandhu dont loose heart and hope. dont worry everything will be fine soon. i know its easy to say but difficult to apply. really this is a frustrating, depressing,irritating process.. but we.cant do anything. nothing is in our hands. you please eat properly. you have one more responsibility, you have to look aftrr your son. Eat properly and take of yourself!! keep smiling i know u cant at this stage but atleast try.

Hey ...Its really depressing to see how they are working.Nothing can be done except praying !! You are the energy booster of this group.Everyone of us s praying for you as well. Take care of you health as a lil one s dependent on you.stay blessed dear!!

Seriously the state we all are in s really helpless...no way out till these NDVO ppl give us the visa.They had a moral responsibility of clearing the pending files ,which they din do.lets hope this tuesday bring some good news.have faith!!

With each passing day, and not seeing any move from NDVO,its really frustrating.I will wait till my notes come bfre taking any further step.Thanks W2E.

Anyway you applied for the notes.
When additional document is required only you get ADR. No ADR means nothing required at present. Medical is valid till October so your file will go to IP shortly. Be cool.

yeah,only hope i have rite now is,atlst they will issue the visa bfre my medical dates... .Thanks for replying sunsweet
