Application received: 25th Nov 2013
Jan file transferred to NDVO
17 Jan PPT requested.
4th Aug file started processing
24th Aug DM..
Waiting for PPT with Visa....

Looks like there is one VO ( stupid one....) who has all SEP, OCT and NOV files.... who has sent ADR to all,

Fakename need a favour if you can filter all ADR applicant looks like its all alphabatical order.....

I am wondering whats NDVO doing with my file.Am i the only november applicant ,not received any ADR requests," dont kno anything abt interview" (not received any call or mail so far) still waiting for IP? The three times MP enquiry was done,they said the same thing,All your documents have been received and filed.No issues.one predicted even predicted that i will get my passport in three weeks,and that WEEK is AUG 4th week.

Many nov applicants arnd my timeline either gt requests for ADR ,remedicals...etc..etc

Anyway you applied for the notes.
When additional document is required only you get ADR. No ADR means nothing required at present. Medical is valid till October so your file will go to IP shortly. Be cool.

first of all tell me who predicted dat you received ur passport in 4th week of august. ..is it ur MP or someone else..?

if your case is straight forward then no need to panic you will never received ADR. ..and about remedical so for you its still valid for Oct so you also not received remedical request. ...so relax don't see other peoples timeline dere VO are fast but your are damn lazy nothing else. ...just chill busy urself vid other things and wait for ur notes I really hope u received visa before ur notes arrived. ..all the best

Hi ppl coming to the forum after a gap coz of some unforeseen circumstances..
I wanna know from ADR applicants that was there mentioned in the mail that the decision would be taken in 30 days after submitting the documents?
Seniors can anyone suggest how much an ADR applicant has to wait considering my medical expiring next month on 26th?

for most of the applicants the medical expiry date is not correct whats dere timeline shows bcoz we usually done our medical but they received it after 10 or 15 days later...so maybe ur medical will b valid till first week of Oct. ..notes mention the due date...

I think maybe ur VO not very lazy and maybe they will call you to fly before ur medical expires. ..so chances are 50-50...
so for another 15 days keep ur phone close to you...gud luck

you are not the only applicant. dont loose your heart. there are two more applicants of november with you. they havent recieved anything till now. so dont worry. everything will be fine. i know its diffocult to wait but i dont have anything to say except this thing.

So last week we received an email from Immigration saying "we did not receive a reply to our July 5th email, do you want to cancel the application or submit the info"

So our lawyer emailed the freaking information AGAIN, along with our reply to Immigration on July 10th and their acknowledgement of receipt of the email from July 10th... My husband couriered everything to the New Delhi office...

I just honestly can't believe they have done NOTHING on our file in two months even though we sent the information two freaking months ago...

so frustrating!!!

honestly I don't understand why they tortured everyone...
you already done ur interview then whats the things pending which they want...it means the interviewer was so dumb dat he didn't submit all the things at the time of interview. ...
but don't believe fully to dese morons and ur lawyer...just done an enquiry for urs behalf. ..just asked ur MP to what's going on vid ur file and send an case specific enquiry about whether they received this time documents or not...
