i already checked with MP, he is good for nuthing....he told me, it takes 13 months for application to get processed...i am not relying on his words....
cant do anything, other than waiting....thanx dr

seriously MP's are useless. ..we both are august applicants and for us 12 months already passed....

my husband is so angry for dere behavior. ..its already 1 and half month passed when he told his MP dat our son already being a Canadian citizen. ..he is ready to go just wait for my visa ..but again useless MP's you are under processing time. ...
he said just wait for one more month then in Sept I will complete my 13 months then he will take action against ndvo and dese MP's ....
God knows what's my future. ...

My frined sponsor her husband from bangladesh a uear ago ,he was in canada before but his pr expired and had to leav for work so she had to sponser him
If she wants to stay with him in bangladesh till he get his visa is that efect there apllication

Its depend on the situation...if your friend is Canadian citizen then its not a problem for her to stay wid him....and if she is a PR card holder then depend on her PR card if she met all the requirements then its also not a problem. ..some people says dat PR card holder never stays for a long time but I hv few frnds who already stays vid dere spouse and already got dere visas. ...

if she wants to stay wid him then this thing never effect on dere case....infact this thing proves that how geniune dere relationship...and for a big example is w2e...he stays wid his spouse for entire process ..

NDVO has really forgotten the applicants after re-medicals...............this endless wait will kill me.......frustration level is mounting up day by day..........

yeah same here yr...in the starting I was thought dat those remedical applicants who are waiting for may and june's maybe they hv other issues like travel history etc.....but when I was also in the Same situation now I thinks dat dere is not a problem wid applicants its from dese morons side...
seriously when they give me 7 days time to complete remedical dat time I was so happy sayad they will issue my visa in a few days but now all the excitement planning everything shattered. ...

Feeling so disgusting today....my lawyer said after remedicals it might take up to 6 months or 1 year as well....I feel shattered...how much more patience....will have to wait this much?????

Thanks W2E for the quick response...my husband just stayed in US for 3 years, and for that We have already submitted FBI certificate....he also stayed in NZ, but just for 4 months...and then came back....i dun think, criminality check should take time...Last month, We got email from NDVO for remedicals and ADR (updated travel history form)....We already sent the same..and time box was till 29 Aug-2014, We had to submit the docs....I think another 2-3 weeks, I should hear from them....What is surprising in my case is that, ecas is still "application received"....though we got the notes with interview waived and eligibility passed and only criminality check pending.....
now, what you think about this situation....advise!!

I have heard two different versions of when they will check the additional documents submitted..if the letter says submit within 30 days, do they wait until 30th day to review the documents or do they review the minute they receive it...one says the minute they receive the additional documents and the other one is they set it aside and look at it after the deadline...any expert know anything about this? if it is after aug 29th then they will review it then...at this point you don't have interview and that is good; remedicals passed; so it is the background checking..and I believe background checking is done by private agency and that's why it takes time (not that government agencies are that super fast..if NDVO does the background checking, everyone will be waiting for visas forever)..you should be hearing from them in a couple of weeks...ecas is not updated regularly and the notes is one month behind so don't rely on them too much...

sshhhh...W2E does not want canadian government to know that he has been living in India for over 8 months.....if canadian government immigration official reading this, don't believe RKS..i have been living here only for less than 3 days...sshhhh whatever happens in India stays in India...

I requested GCMS notes two times after that. In those notes, it is mentioned as Medical "passed - expired" and they received my re-medical report in incoming documents. But they didn't update it in client details. Its been 4 months after submitting medical. But no issuance of PR. For the last 17 months I am waiting for my PR. In my GCMS notes criminal check, interview, previous medical, everything passed.

I got a mail yesterday stating they didn't receive my Medicals. But in my GCMS notes it says, "medical report along with CD and PAed to file".

I called Embassy here in Canada and they said I have to inform my change of Address and report Visa office not medical office about not receiving medical.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME how to change address and what is this problem with medical

go to case specific inquiry..there is a column where u can upload ur document n inform them abt change of address or u can upload the proof of remedical(u must have remedical slip)or directly cal cic 01141782000 n talk to operator m tell him abt d same..hope this can work

but do hell with them atleast they return back ur passport within ten days. ...so for ndvo this is really a record. ..bcoz they are damn lazy. ...
journey was not gud but atleast end is happier...so enjoy this moment...

Thanks!! The visa is shiny like the sun! I was very upset with NDVO earlier, as I posted this after 2 hours of leaving the High Commission with the visa. Thanks for the kind words.
