no I m not dat kind of forum members who are leave this forum after landing. ...its the best thing happened to me when I waited my visa. ..after the last person got dere visa of NEW DELHI 2013 forum. ..after that I will kick him out of here and dats the best time for me also to kicked here out forever. ...

based on all the print outs of communication from CIC they allowed us in.....for interview take a copy of your application and updates since the submission of application...for entry all they need is your passport or an identification with photo...questions were centered around how well my partner knew me - when did it start and when did it become strong? what are the places that you both visited? you got bills to prove that you both went on trips? past relationships; where does your partner live? why you both can't live together?; any will or life insurance taken for you? how many calls your partner does every day? how long the conversations last?; if you go to canada how will your family react given that they don't approve this relationship?; how does both families react to this relationship?; on your visitor visa application, your marital status is 'single' but you were in a relationship then, why did you lie to us? this question was asked in many different ways hoping that my partner would admit that we lied to CHC.....interview ended abruptly when the receptionist wanted to go out for lunch and asked interviewer how long this interview will take...Canadian lady got mad with the interruption and ended the interview saying 'we will let you know'..couple of days later letter for remedicals arrived...

Just wanted to get input from the experienced members, got my GCMS notes today...According to them, the interview is waived and eligibility is passed, security check/criminality check is pending....

If you can advise, how long it takes to get them done..as my husband has foreign travel history...I am August 23rd applicant..

Also, to add on...we have already submitted PCC's required.....Thanks

Don't worry .. some november 2013 guy did MP inquiry in early july and he was told to expect his visa in feb 2015 .He got his passport stamped a couple of days ago which is 6 months before the expected date . These inquiries are baseless ! Do not loose hope.

Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 21/08/2014 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website. ...........any idea what it means approved or refuse.i didnt get t medical request

we received the Visa!!! big OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG !!!! .
however ill be more happier if everyone in this forum receives at the earliest.....2012, 2013 and 2014 too......all in the forum.
Once all done,...lets place a BIG HOARDINGS in front of NEWDELHI OFFICE with OMG !!!

anyway....
i know we are all frusted in this journey..all i would say is "all happens for a reason"
so lets .....keep finger crossed....and keep hoping and praying...

Passport picked up - 21 August 2014

It took NDVO more than three weeks to hand over the passport. Two weeks after DM, they called us on August 13th, to inform us that the passport had been returned to them because they put the wrong address label. We checked our files and we had submitted the correct address. They made a mistake and didn't feel the need to apologize.

The person who called promised that he will mail it out August 14th via speed post. We expected to get it on August 16th, and of course it didn't show up. On August 18th, I (the sponsor) sent them a very stern email demanding they return the passport.

They called my wife on August 20th and asked her to come pick it up (they specifically stated that they are calling because of my email). They hadn't mailed the passport after promising to send it on the 14th. So she went and picked it up from Delhi the next day.

It is clear that NDVO employees do not give a shit. And will not hesitate to make false promises. Anyone who is still waiting for the passport, send them stern emails, and ask your MP to do the same. They need a whip on their backs to get moving.

And hang in there everyone, and thanks for everyone for the support and information. This forum has been a god sent in these trying times.
