i am doing mp inquiry, can you please tell me wht i write in in consent form for application type ? and constituent details means sponsorers details?

I don't remember writing details such as application type in IMM5744 (consent for release of information)....is this MP's internal form? in any case, application type will be 'permanent residence' and constituent details means details of sponsor...

Hi friends,

I Applied my PR on March 2013. On April 2014, Embassy requested re-medical. I submitted medical in April itself. I requested GCMS notes two times after that. In those notes, it is mentioned as Medical "passed - expired" and they received my re-medical report in incoming documents. But they didn't update it in client details. Its been 4 months after submitting medical. But no issuance of PR. For the last 17 months I am waiting for my PR. In my GCMS notes criminal check, interview, previous medical, everything passed. I dont think there is a complication.

so is that a final stage after remed ?or they can ask sumthing else now? as I got remed after sending adr .

When they request for re-medical, it means they passed eligibility. Now they will check medical, criminality and security. 99% people don't get any ADR after re-medical

Here is my story: I am an October 31, 2013 applicant. Me and my wife are culturally different. she is punjabi and I am not a Singh. I am West Indian Canadian and I met my wife in India while attending my friend sister's wedding.

I was made to understand that my application is in queue for an interview which can be between November or December 2014. She will be notified 4 weeks before the interview.

I did not take an immigration consultant or lawyer as I personally feel those guys are rip off.

Any advice on how my wife should should prepare for this interview.

I want to visit her in October is that a plus?

I've applied for Notes three times. There are so many due dates on each section. But I never got any update on any due date. So I think you don't need to worry about due dates.

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/offices-bureaux/new_delhi.aspx

most of the time they just tell you to send emails for any inquiry but one or two do tell the status of file..if you are lucky you might get someone who is willing to give you an update...

if you do talk to someone live tell them rks is coming to give them ladoos and some slaps...

Ok so I guess these are just internal due dates they set for themselves to wrk on . Nothing exciting for us ::)

if you know what the concerns of visa officer's are, it might help you to prepare some potential questions..notes may shed some ideas on what New Delhi visa office is concerned about (though the interviewer may not ask questions on those concerns but some do)...go through 250 questions posted online in this forum and else and check out threads that addresses interview preparations...go through your application and find out what could be potential issues (age difference; quick wedding; past marriages and children involved; no honeymoon or parents not attending wedding; etc...) as far as visiting your wife and going with her to visa office, sometimes it helps (some interviewers consider that sponsor come all the way to India to be with sponsored person is a sign of genuine relationship) and sometimes it won't make any difference (some interviewers view it as not a big deal ..that's what a sponsor is supposed to do). You should be available by phone if you decide not to come. But it would boost your wife's morale and build confidence.

Thnakz for ur reply..And how about interview request? U got d interview request by email? or by post?

from notes i found about interview scheduled but no date mentioned; through case specific inquiry i found out about interview date but nothing about time; through another case specific inquiry about need for interpreters, i found time....no ....lovely people working at New Delhi visa office did not send me email to inform about interview...but most of the forum members got it by email
