Guys plz can anyone tell me the phone number where we can make enquiry regarding my case...its been 52 days after remedicals and 57 days after interview. ...it will be 14 months since I applied....plss help me if you know the phone numbers....

it takes up to 2 months to get status changed from 'in process' to 'decision made' after interview and remedicals..you should get it this week or next week

Hi friends,

I Applied my PR on March 2013. On April 2014, Embassy requested re-medical. I submitted medical in April itself. I requested GCMS notes two times after that. In those notes, it is mentioned as Medical "passed - expired" and they received my re-medical report in incoming documents. But they didn't update it in client details. Its been 4 months after submitting medical. But no issuance of PR. For the last 17 months I am waiting for my PR. In my GCMS notes criminal check, interview, previous medical, everything passed. I dont think there is a complication.

id say call NDVO yourself and find out whats going on...or you can get your MP to call first (in these kind of cases MP has good impact bcuz your files already passed the limit time which is 13months) call today so you can get an answer and once you inquire you will get everything on the right track again...

Hi friends I had a question
Here is my scenario:
I am a canadian Citizen,Got Married in Oct 2012.
Submitted the application to cic on jan 2014
sponsor application received approved and processed to india feb 10 2014
on march 8th generic email from cic stating proof of payment of right of your permanent residence fee (landing fee) and
police clearence certificate
Till August 2014 no reply from cic immigration after that the only thing I got on aug 19 is they asked for three things
1. recent communications between me and my wife
2.more of the main wedding pictures in temple
3. reason that the file was submitted late after marriage

I am in a big doubt of how to reply to these above three questions:

1.there are no recent communications between me and my wife as she is too busy with her work and I am too busy with my work as well and obviously the time difference.
2.the pictures yeah I could submit those that is less of a problem.
3. the file was submitted late due to the reason of me being too busy with the work and also waiting for my promotion. so I thought let me get promoted first and submit the file.

I need suggestions friends with this situation.

1.first of all ndvo didn't believe this point fully bcoz there are lots of other forum members they are working also but they still managed the distance and take time from dere busy life and talk to dere loved ones...
so according to ur point this reason not fully valid...collect all the phone bills,, chat logs,, everything...

2.did you already submit temple pics..? if no then collects all of them...
or for this 1 and Half years time period if you ever visit ur wife then all send those pics. ..just now send every pic...

3.again this point doesn't make sense bcoz VO thinks that if you was not hv any plan or file ur application in 2012 and you wait for your promotion...then why you guys was married. .why didn't you wait for one year and after that when you are ready then arrange your marriege...
sorry buddy but dese reasons are not fully convincing and if unfortunately VO not convinced then maybe they will send you interview request. ..

so take ur time bcoz 1 and half year is long period...collects all the data which shows dat you hv a geniune relationship...and send these to them...gud luck

why didn't you try ur MP bcoz ur 13 months are over and you hv full right to enquire ur file. ..
my husband just wait for next month then my 13 months will b completed..then he talk to the MP direct not his assistant...so try once

Guys one of my friend received passport with visa after remeds.Application was filed in July 2013 med expired april 2013 remeds done in end of April and finally first week of aug received passport. So all waiting after remeds it is a positive news.Fingers crossed.

gosh....after 3 months of remedical so I think this is more bad news... ??? :'(
