Hi Chirag and Seniors

Can you please share your interview experience? Did they returned your passport in the interview. If passport is returned in interview - does that mean that visa is denied. I am quite perplexed as I got to know after MP enquiry that interview is recommended in my case. Below are my timelines:

Appl Recieved: 1st Nov 2013
Sponsership Approval: 21 Nov 2013
File Transfered to NDVO : 22 Nov 2013
PPR: 22 Jan 2014

going by forum members, there have been no interviews scheduled for members who went into 'in process'...so no interview request for you unless you want me to arrange for you one with NDVO..I have connections...my connections stop at the security guards level...

one time offer and this offer does not last long..because this month we get so many discounts in shops, this one time offer is only offered to you...so think again and I and my friends at ND visa office won't take no for an answer....

1.We received application for permanent residence on July 16, 2013.

2.We started processing on April 2, 2014.

3.Medical results have been received.

immigration asked for a copy of passport in May but status is still in process

no change..anyone out there in the same boat as me?

Hello People...

Any ADR request applicants any update on yr files.

This is crazy they have skipped all these files and moved to Nov and Dec.....

Feel Like removing from ECAS..... its su.... now to see it everyday...

NDVO kuch to hope do yaar....

What should we do guys.....

After that i haven't heard from them at all -- They haven't even asked for my child's passport yet -- Its been more than 90 days now since the ADR was submitted and I have no updates from NVDO still the status shows Application Received.

Not sure what should be my next step - Shall i contact them via e-mail and ask them status on my file ?

I applied for notes last week and expected to be delivered on August end.

so you are PR holder in Canada right. .? if u are Oct applicant then wait for few days you sure received any kind of news...you submitted ur baby's and wife's another documents so it will take time. .bcoz now u hv a dependent in ur file...and apart frm ADR so I don't understand everybody who received ADR req why they take so much time. ..

if you send them email firstly they won't reply and if by chance they will reply then its computer genetic ans...so wait for notes and do an MP enquiry its better option. ..

Yes, I am a Canadian PR Holder and sponsoring my wife and child ( note child was added in April 2014)

Since, I am waiting for the notes, I was thinking to send my child's passport well in advance.. As i don't want to delay more weeks if they ask me to submit it later .

Is there any harm submitting my child passport, without nvdo requesting it ?

hi CIC EMAILED ME THE BELOW
Complete, date and sign a Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) and include it in your application if you have a paid or unpaid representative.

but i fill the application by myself.so is there any need to fill ,and how to reply

no need to fill but you may want to send them an email back saying you have not hired any representative to sponsor someone...make sure you mention file number; sponsor's and sponsored person's names; date of birth for sponsored, etc. in your email..follow it up with a regular mail by sending a printout of the reply...

If you had ADR on July 1st, and you submitted the documents, then right about sometime this week, they will be reviewing your ADR and issuing you IP and DM as well. So hang in there. it is probably a week more wait for you that's all.
