RK any idea what will they do with pending oct people...they have not yet updated if we will hv interviiew or not

I am 21st oct applicant and still AR. No mail or anything

m really frustrated now!!

Same here, still AP received. But like I say, no point in getting frustrated; they were clear on the 13 month mark. Expect something to happen in Sep/Nov

App received.24 july 13.
interview : 19 may 14
medical dome ; 2 june 14
IP; 20 May.
PPR : 2 june 14.

pleaae share what will next step NDVO.

No i didn't do MP inquiry thinking what will he tell, worse cum worse Interview, so i was prepared for that, and now again back to In Process. I done medical on 16th Aug but officially they are valid till 20th August. Another 2 weeks. may be they call and extend another 2 weeks to give me 4 weeks to fly , but cant say anything. What say??

I suggest u to do MP enquiry at this stage. ..bcoz u are in chandigarh and maybe this week they asked u to pickup ur passport or worst case after 1 week received remedical request. ..
so done MP enquiry if tomorrow u asked they give u reply on Mon so in this stage its really helpful to you....your are unique case so anything will b happened..

MY STATUS CHANGED AGAIN TODAY TO " IN PROCESS ". It changed to in process on 15th July for the first time, then on 22nd July, it changed back to Application Received, and now after 2 weeks i.e 5th August changed back to In Process again. Inside details remain the same that "we started processing your application on 11th July 2014. My medicals were done on 16th August 2013. What do you have to say now?Huh Hope status doesn't change again . Too scared. Kindly comment.

...And the mystery deepens.
This certainly is a positive sign though.

Without knowing NDVO's way of working, one can only guess, and my guess is may be senior VO, who initially placed your file in "review later" section, now got time to review it and changed the status back to IP. This means no interview, and a hiccup free DM is on its way.

Very true mathayam ..its our misery only ...that we are stuck here in thsi situation..i m so frustrated that i do not have words..Its so unethical to jump on next mnth b4 clearing backlog...

y dont they understand that we are away from our partners for a year now!!

simply ridiculous..

Don't get upset dear....why not u inspired from my case...

when other august applicants already reached in Canada on this may...I was still waiting. ..I m also prepared myself for interview. .even me n my hubby started discussing questions ..and on 1st July my medical expires and I m totally stop thinking abt my file. .just go for parents home enjoy vid them....then suddenly after 11 months at 10.45pm I received email abt my remedical. ..and after that everything changed. ..so dont loose hope. ..maybe these duffers waiting for ur medical,, when its expires and send u remedical email. ..don't compare to you other people every case is different and every moron is different who works in ndvo. .

next step is you will received ur passport with not so shiny visa in couple of days. ..bcoz everything done in ur case-interview, , remedical, , sent pp,, IP now as lots of other applicants waiting for DM you are also join IP group. ..gud luck

Hi Chirag and Seniors

Can you please share your interview experience? Did they returned your passport in the interview. If passport is returned in interview - does that mean that visa is denied. I am quite perplexed as I got to know after MP enquiry that interview is recommended in my case. Below are my timelines:

Appl Recieved: 1st Nov 2013
Sponsership Approval: 21 Nov 2013
File Transfered to NDVO : 22 Nov 2013
PPR: 22 Jan 2014

going by forum members, there have been no interviews scheduled for members who went into 'in process'...so no interview request for you unless you want me to arrange for you one with NDVO..I have connections...my connections stop at the security guards level...
