MY STATUS CHANGED AGAIN TODAY TO " IN PROCESS ". It changed to in process on 15th July for the first time, then on 22nd July, it changed back to Application Received, and now after 2 weeks i.e 5th August changed back to In Process again. Inside details remain the same that "we started processing your application on 11th July 2014. My medicals were done on 16th August 2013. What do you have to say now?Huh Hope status doesn't change again . Too scared. Kindly comment.

Vikas, i would not recommend doing an MP inquiry at this point. Even if the VO had issued IP by mistake, let it be so and let it go to DM. Why risk MP inquiry when ur so close to DM lest they see that they put IP by mistake and put it back to AR? Just wait.

Hello Forum Members-

Does NDVO leaves applicants whose's medicals are expired aside for a while? I am so frustrated to see just application received. Not even medicals have been updated and GCM notes did not even help me to figure out the current stage of my file..I am a NOV applicant.

Is it good idea to do an MP inquiry? Please suggest..

Wish everyone a speedy visa and Congratulations for people who are out of this misery :) :) :)

my guess is the first time they started processing your application they had 'in process' then they found out they have to wait for something else (maybe file document from canada or some background check) so they changed the status to 'application received' and now this change to 'in process' is for real...

yes; they don't have to hurry to meet the medicals expiration deadline since it already expired...do MP inquiry; order notes only to find if an interview has been recommended...

Thanks a lot ... we have a Bombay mucipal corporation certificate here which is necessary for the marriage to be certified so im hoping its gud to go ... anyone else from bombay have an opinion on it please advice

Thanks

Yes in Bombay, the local municipal corporation registers marriages. So that should be good to go. But make sure, they dont make any mistakes in the certificate as these guys still prepare handwritten marriage registration certificate.

Do you think they will let my medicals expire as i still have 15 more days for medicals to expire ? What is the usual trend, if there is more than 2 weeks for medicals to expire, do they extend or let it expire and ask for re medicals. Please advise. Thanks..

If they issue your Visa anytime now, they will automatically extend your meds by 2 more weeks. If not, iam sorry htey may ask u to do remeds. But hang in there...dont lose hope.

hi all pending october appliants ..

please confirm if it is only ADR people or people having complicated cases ( more travel, Divorce, kids) are pending?

Pooja, dont worry, your case is probavbly being reviewed as we speak and you should see something in a week's time. NDVO as you know is quite random. so dont go by progress of other applicants.

hi guys.... I think m the only oct applicant waiting for IP... M fed with AR... Plz help me guys when will i got IP :(...

Nope, OCT 22nd applicant here. No updates after 'Application Received'. Do not know if they received medicals.
No red flags; MP replied on the same day with a generic email. Medicals expiring in September.
I have decided to start stressing only after the 13 month mark is up.
