For me, it took more than 4 months to change the status after ADR. Even after that, almost three months since re-medical. I've completed 14 months. No red flag,no interview. so don't expect much you are dealing with NDVO.

Your situation is truly worrisome..I hope your case gets resolved soon or it will inflict more frustration to other members who are dealing with ADR requests..
Can I ask what were your asked in ADR?

did u do any inquiry ?as processing time of 13 mnths is over.

The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013. CIC does not say we'll process your application within 13 months.

In my case, one month after re-medical they asked PCC from New Zealand because previous one got expired. And it's very difference process. CIC itself does it, we have to sign a consent to disclosure form to give them authority to get information on our behalf. So it's time consuming process.

I am sure you applied for GCMS notes and called your MP's consultant..did you not get any indication on the current status on your file?
Cases like yours should be cleared promptly for the other waiting applicants to get a sense of the process..I really hope you get your PP with Visa soon...

I also see from your previous posts that there was a PCC issue for New Zealand, do you think this could have caused delay in your case?

if I m not wrong there is also 1 person alifk..who has also submit new Zealand's pcc and wait for soo many months. .so I think this thing delays both cases...

I only hope there is no further delay in my case, Med's are expiring on 27th (as per GCMS 31st July). No Re-med request yet.
2 months since ADR submitted, come on NDVO time to get your lazy butts to do some work. Give us VISA....

BTW, I am an Aug applicant and its been 2months since submitting ADR and waiting

This is absolutely insane, they requested you ADR 11 WEEKS before your medical expires, and requested me 10 weeeks before mine will expire on 16th Aug, No change in status, don't know what are they up to.

Thanks. But, I think they will ask for Re-Med's before the files goes in-process I am not expecting miracles from NDVO.
Till then, I guess the pains of waiting will continue!

Do you mind telling , what they asked in ADR ??
