Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419).

Duly completed Re-assessment Form

So in this way, you just gave them chest x-ray, rest all the forms and reassessment etc , they filled up themselves to send it to NDVO. You just did X-RAY, gave them their fee , told your file no and came back home... is this the procedure??

yes....but I m worried abt page 5 in dis page there is some blood tests but they didn't take my blood. .

14 Months wait and Now all I received is a Letter saying I am not entitled for Visa under spouse sponsor category because Interview officer (Real Diane) is not Convinced with the proofs I submitted. If the proof were not sufficient then they should have refused in canada? why they approved my wife as sponsor and sent my file to India? and Why the another 12 months wait for interview?

By the way I submitted
Marriage certificate from Arya samaj mandir, marriage certificate issued by reGistrar of Delhi, wifes religion and name conversion certificate, photos, honeymoon trip tickets, 3 years whats app history, 3 years phone bill, 2 years skype call history, email from 2008 till 2014, gift receipts, gift photos.

& She was saying your relation is not genuine as your family was not present at the time of marriage and your mother will never approve her as your wife because she is older than you..!!

I thought canadian belives on living their own life but not orthodoxs life and insult somebody saying your wife is older and you will have medical issue one day with her. Wow
That's who I faced as my interview officer

We were already going through hell, last time I saw my wife in Jan 2013 (18 months ago) & the relationship is getting worse day by day and almost done. I thought everything will be fine once we are together but again we cannot because visa is refused.
That interview officer had no brain to see that we both married first time, we are in relation since 4 years, we talk 2-3 hours daily but because she is older then me which means relationship is not genuine..

If they didn't ask for blood tests, then why you worried, you did what they asked you to do , so relax!!

is the person who interviewed your wife and the person who sent rejection letter are different? I thought person interviewed was an older indian woman who had concerns about child bearing age or something...sorry to hear about rejection..visa officers are like robots they have set of red flags and that's all they are concerned about..nothing about human beings and their struggles to be with their spouses...this is insane you have provided proof that are solid but if your parents were not there and there is age gap then it is not genuine..morons...

if I m not wrong there is also 1 person alifk..who has also submit new Zealand's pcc and wait for soo many months. .so I think this thing delays both cases...

I have never been to new zealand and I have never been asked to submit any PCC from new zealand. But yes 3 and half months have passed after remedical and still no news...

Same they asked from me too. What was the language in the mail sent?? Mine was"To continue the processing of your application, please send the following documents".... What language did the wrote in your mail?? Kindly revert.

They probably use the same template for all email ADR requests. Mine read the same.

This is total nonsense, they should mention at the time of filing the application to send complete divorce documents but they just asked for the final divorce decree certificate as per the forms. Pure waste of time, money and energy. Please lemme know when ever your status changes as your and mine case is same with more or less same timeline.

but in my case it was only xray, eye test, weight, height dats it no blood test...dats y I m worried. .

You should not worry. If they had not mentioned lab test then probably you wouldn't be needing them.

I am so sorry to hear about your visa refusal. I can not believe after sending so many proofs you got rejected. I guess you should file an appeal.. :-[

Sure, I have requested for another set of notes in the mean time.
I am also contemplating on if i should send in more proofs, as I visited India 2 times during this period.
