Hello everyone,
I have sponsored my husband and CIC sent his application to India. Now they have sent him this email asking these things from him:
Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee.
 Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.
IF YOU ARE A NATIONAL OF AFGHANISTAN:
 All males aged 15 and above and all females aged 18 and above must complete supplementary information forms. You and your dependents must complete these forms whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada. file number on every page of the form. I have paid the landing fee, and now they are asking for its proof. He also filled the application forms that nationals of Afghanistan should fill in. Just the police certificate for another country that he has live we have not provided. They have not given us a timeline does it mean that he should get a police check during a month, or it does not matter if it takes longer coz he has to travel to another country to get a police check.
Anyone who has the same experiences please share your experiences

Proof of payment - ONLY if not already paid (if you have already paid then just ignore this)
You will need to submit a PCC from every country your spouse has lived over 6months
And, you should provide complete supplementary information forms as requested

We-- to get PCC from Kuwait - there needs to be a request letter from CIC- New Delhi.- this process takes around 10 days - getting the PCC directly from Kuwait by having someone authorized to get it. (For this- we have send a PCC request letter to CIC- asking them to send us a PCC request letter- as CIC has not contacted as yet).

We have applied to the Kuwait consulate in New Delhi- here it takes 45 days and over (here no letter from CIC is needed).

That is where things are- hope I am in the right path- but CIC has not contacted us yet- any updates I received was from MP- here in Toronto.

As long as you are well underway with what needs to be done from your end you are good. I guess you should just wait either for Kuwait Consulate to send the PCC or a request letter from CIC. But keep in mind, if you get a ADR from CIC this would mean further delay in processing your application

What??? In re-medicals, its only chest x-ray only?? No blood test. Do they mention in the mail just for chest X-ray and no blood test? Please revert.

yeah I told the panel physician that maybe its my full medical including blood tests but everyone says that ndvo has already ur medical they just confirm few tests..I was really confused that time. ..but they are panel physician they do it everyday...

Medical expires in 6 days. Still no news. Already lost hope.

Same here, my husband's medical is expiring sometimes this month too. Feeling so sad already

4 days after submitting additional documents.... But no reply or changed status... How NDVO working ? Totally stressed...

For me, it took more than 4 months to change the status after ADR. Even after that, almost three months since re-medical. I've completed 14 months. No red flag,no interview. so don't expect much you are dealing with NDVO.

did u do any inquiry ?as processing time of 13 mnths is over.

14 months. ..even IP is more dangerous than application received. ..they asked to do remedical status changed and forget to issue visa. ..duffers

For me in my re meds email it was writen chest xrqy qnd laboratory test. So they took xray plus urine and blood test for me.. so it was like complete test again

but in my case it was only xray, eye test, weight, height dats it no blood test...dats y I m worried. .

its 13 months...but some people got dere visas in 8 to 9 months. ..some wait for 13 to 14 months. ..
