yep I had sent only divorce certificate den found out from this forum tht I have to send petition too so I sent it with ppt end of May, n now waiting . They dint ask me I just sent coz my consultant dint tell me abt this petition . I have sent ecommunications coz I was in touch with my spouse from 2010 n I had many FB yahoo commutation n phone statements too.

The other forum members who sent divorce petition as additional document request, do you know if any one of them ever got an interview call?

Its great you sent them the ADR before they could ask, now they will straight take your file in IP without delay.

Jj u r gng to break all ndvo records..

Seem like to me they are using my file as personal entrainment game . I am not sure if there's another stunt to follow . But yeah hell of a patience tester .... . I can forget everything if I can finally get the visa .

you do have an interesting experience with NDVO...are they doing some kind of social experiment on you? figuring out how aggravated/happy you get when they keep changing your ecas status? I hope that this status change is real this time and not bogus as before...you will soon know if a postman knocks on your door...

Social experiment or hitler's torture practice , but for sure making me suffer . There are many more who we don't know are facing the wrath . Nvdo definitely win award for crushing human rights , they enjoy watching people in pain , freakin' sadists .
Right now I am dealing with the biggest suspense of my life , my passport already on the way while status is 'in process' and medical already expired .

Is there any nov applicant who still hasn't got a ppr yet?its so frustrating that they hav started processing October applicants and in next month or so they will touch November files and I still haven't got a ppr yet.

I mailed my passport through bluedart and paid return envelope. That's all I remember

I am in a similar situation.
They requested ADR on 9th May, submitted on 14th May..its almost 2months after and i am still waiting for an update. Though med's were done on 27th July, GCMS notes indicated that they were extended till 31st July.
GCMS notes didnt indicate of any interview, VO's notes were very encouraging but still no sign of relief yet

Same in my case. m aug 16 2013 applicant .they requested additional documents on may 20. 2014 , delivered at NDVO on june 2, 2014 . time frame to send additional documents was 30 days but yet no response , medicals expired in may 2014. Mp declined to inquire coz case is within processing time.

We sent the divorce certificate along with the application initially. Just found on forum regarding the petition. Is it to be original? Can the sponsor send it to NDVO directly?

thank u to all the fellow members...without there help and support I was didn't do it..special thanx to bunny padda and his wife..today we are 2 members of this forum who done there remedical. .and first time meet to each other..these morons gave both of us 7 days deadline..duffers

yeah I sent it to ndvo with the cover letter ,you can send it too I got it certified from the court I got divorce from .
