Hi,

My wife application, i filed in Dec 28th 2013. Haven't received her passport request yet. When i requested for GCMS notes, they emailed me the scanned copy of sponsorship application which had 14 pages from my fee receit to signed page.

I am not sure how long will it take for her passport request or do you guys suggest to send her passport with a cover letter to Delhi NDVO.

When can Dec 2013 applicat expect visa stamping?

just now I received a email about my remedical--
for identifying Panel Physician (PP) in your vicinity and take this email to the Panel Physician (PP) for the re-assessment(s) to be arranged..

You have07 days from the date of this email to comply with this request. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.

NOW WHAT IS DIS A GUD NEWS OR BAD NEWS 7 DAYS...how can this possible

This is a good news for sure, finally they picked your file and started working on it, so get your medicals done asap and submit the receipts asap along with A letter

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself and your family has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for your self and your spouse:

Chest Xraywith report

Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419).

Duly completed Re-assessment Form

Its a generic letter that these people send, but in our case only the person who is applying nees to go for re-med, no the sponser

My initial medical was taken in Kerala- if I get a re-medical request - should I go to the same place where I got the initial assessment- or - can I go to a medical doctor close-by.

I am in a different State now.

Its not working for me either from the last 2 days ( I am the sponsor) but I can check the status with my wife's details.
A few more guys are facing this issue, one of them being a June applicant and other is a November applicant. Including you, so far 4 of us have reported this problem recently. I am not sure if any one else too is in the same boat?

Is there any way, i can remove the representative from my file...because that guy is good for nothing...and just after taking money,he didn't help me for getting the status....and just telling me to sit idle....even for filling the gcms notes, he asked $200 from me.

As my spouse medical is getting expired today....Nw I am thinking that may be he has received email, but didn't tell me...please anybody knows, do they inform the sponsor as well regarding the remedical or other inquiries...Please advise...I am too worried

you can go to any Medical Practitioner listed/ registered under CIC

Even I noticed this since last weekend, but if I enter application no and applicant details, I can see it.
