So today evening I recieved an email from NDVO to get remedical done along with an form attached which has all my info already written on it.. I am so relieved, till yesterday i thought they have skipped my file

yes when we send a request for GCMS notes they send an confirmation email. .also they gave us temporary tracking no and receipt no...
when ur lawyer apply notes which email id u guys are fill.?

our lawyer had filled his own id in gcms notes consent form..as when we file d application.we had given two mailing adress one is mine and second of lawyer

Do you think they can still ask for an interview ?? if they wanted to call for interview , then they wouldn't have asked for additional documents by post. What are your expertise view on this?

most likely you will not be called for interview however there are two cases in the spreadsheet who got interviews after submitting additional documents - one was primo had interview first and then submitted additional documents (we can't count this one as submission of documents happened after interview - interview May 5 and ADR May 26) the second case is jaycee4sweet who had ADR on 14th Dec 2013 and interview on 4th June 2014 - you may want to send personal message to jaycee to find out if the date entered in the spreadsheet was correct or not and that interview happened after submission of documents....

you asked ur lawyer about GCMS..why this delay. ..bcoz everybody received dere notes in 30 days. ..
and for GCMS there is no need of lawyer...you and ur spouse apply it on your own behalf..ask ur lawyer to send u the confirmation email. ..then with the help of receipt no you can able to find ur notes..

I am an oct applicant but no updates from NDVO till date. I need to travel to visit my husband in an urgent situation. Since my passport is with visa office i am not able to travel. I mailed them but no reply. What I can do in such a situation. I am totally confused and stressed out. Any suggestions guys.

Even if u had ppt how were u planning to go....tourist visa??? I doubt it!!

sorry If you didn't like my answer. ..but they didn't issue your visa..they started processing on Oct applicants files my suggestion is wait few weeks maybe you got ur visa...bcoz these days they stopped to issue TRV Chances are very low..
but if ur situation is so urgent maybe its all depend on luck. .

my partner has to give one month notice and has to finish a course..so it will be sept....are they doing sept now? didn't keep track of what month they are processing...if it is sept then they might start doing oct applications next month or towards the end of this month...they might do one or two of oct month application this month but full fledged processing might be next month (your guess is as good as mine..and NDVO is a riddle wrapped in a puzzle and coated with enigma and more secured than fort knox)....divorce cases per se are not red flags combined with other red flags may end up in an interview (divorced last month and married next month; children custody; divorce not completed but second marriage done in a haste; second marriage done but without parents approval or not present - unless it is for a good reason- relationship prior to marriage or after marriage not well documented etc)

keep calling their number and if you are lucky some human being might answer the phone and before they give 'send us an email' BS tell them it is urgent and whole life depends on getting the passport back...the other option is send an email with bold letters in subject line 'URGENT! URGENT! PASSPORT DESPERATELY NEEDED' I think there is an emergency number listed on their NDVO website (let me check and if I find it, I will post it). If you live in New Delhi a personal visit to office may not yield anything but atleast the security guard might be able to give you some suggestions as to how to reach these morons. good luck...

interestingly this website accepts BS but not the word 'mantr*'.... * is for a...I would think BS is more offensive than mantr*...it just blanks it out...NDVO is nuts and i find more nuttier guys out there (guy who is maintaining this website)
