Though I am not an expert on Canadian or US Immigration System, I believe this should not pose any problem.

What actually America saying? Is US Immigration says that you are in US or they indicate the tentative return date to US was July 4, 2013? I guess the 2nd. While you were leaving US the Emmigration Office at Port of Exit might have entered your "tentative return date" as July 4, 2013 and it was not updated as there was no actual return date. This would be the case for many people who had a return ticket while they leave but not returned to US. Your Visa Officer knows this and will not depend on this but the other documentation you have provided.

Even he has any doubts, he will clarify them by a phone call (as they have restarted the phone interviews), as this could be a potential red flag (not a real red flag) to clear this.

So, do not worry about it much and wait for the Nov applications to get processed.

I am an expert on US immigration and so i think i can advice.

Did you have a I-94 CARD that you handed over to the airline authorities when u left the US port on May 21st?

Do not worry about when you EXITED a US port as usually US customs do not stamp your PP on your exit.

Your ticket dates and your own declaration is what matters.

And this should NOT pose a problem with Canada visa officers.

Where can I find the Re-assessment Form for re-medicals? I cant seem to find it anywhere nor is it attached with the mail that I received from NDVO though it says I need the duly completed Re-assessment form.. Can someone who has done their re-medicals help me out with this.. will greatly appreciate it..

Don't worry...same happened to me. They sent me email without attachment. Just go to your doctor (your previous doctor) he will have everything. Gud luck.

It is a new trend at NDVO, they call and ask some general questions to check the authenticity of applicants, and you will see 'in process' status very very soon, keep checking your ecas, you are almost done with the waiting torture.

congrats for IP, its good you got a phone call and IP, so now there are no chances of interview and most probably it should be done very fast, I don't know what timeline they have chosen for Pak, but you are almost through the process, its just a matter of some time.
I think you will be done within 4-8 weeks for everything.

NDVO please don't disappoint us this weekend like you did in last

usual trend is hardly 1-2 guys get in process, we all congratulate them
same guys get dm after few days, we congratulate,
same guys get passport, we congratulate, then landing few of them...we con.....
ultimately there is a wave of congratulations and we feel a lot has been happening at NDVO, but truth is number of successful people is really less, its just a virtual impression.
a small request guys plz save OMG only for DM...coz actual invention of OMG was for DM.

Pak is even worst....their time line is 36 months...don't know what they do over there... Ridiculous... 3 years is long time.

ok... here we go. An OMG moment for us. It says "Decision Made" for my wife's application!
We had IP since June 19. I hope this means a positive decision, since we didn't get any call/email/letter from NDVO since Passport request.

Congrats! My IP date is also June 19. Will be checking again early in the morning EST.

i m fed up by watching same ecas daily.. application received and medical received.i don't know when it will change..wish u too gud luck hope u received ur passport soon with not so shiny visa..
