I just don't know about GCMS notes, pls help me by telling what are they??

GCMS notes give you the details about your application and how much work has been do e on your file by the visa office.Only the sponsor who is in canada can apply for notes on behalf of the applicant. So your spouse has to apply for you. But you need to fill out a consent form Sign it and email it to your spouse as he needs to attach it to the application. It's very easy, everything g is done online and he has to pay 5 dollars fee. Go to the 2013 spreadsheet and somewhere on the top you can GCMS notes. Click on it and you will get the details how to apply. I could have pasted the link here but I'm using my phone right know don't know how to do that

congrats...15 days from DM? do they issue 'DM' after dispatching passport? or mailing and status change announcement departments are separate and one does not know what the other does?...I think patel got passport the next day after status changes to 'DM' and you waited for 15 days and some else been waiting for 20 plus days to get passport...they should more categories in ecas like 'decision made; passport sent'; in case of visa denial 'decision made; officer will contact you'...it looks average period of getting passport is 3 to 4 days...

Do you receive passport via speed post or regular post? Which part of India do you live?

Actually, my decision made was on 9th june (will contact you about the decision blabla in ecas) but I saw it online only on saturday june 14th. And my partner said visa printed on 13th. So I guess it's decision made, a few days after they print the visa then post it through registered post. Because I live in andhra, maybe it was a little longer for the post I don't know... mystery of life and NDVO...
