medical expired two months ago,sent mails to CHC ,but no reply from them,nearly one year back i submitted my pp,,,,still waiting waiting.
did they contact you for re-medical or you contact them?

which month applicant are u ? u should ask ur MP to find out what thing delays ur file. .
if ur medical expires then they will sent u letter for remedical. ..

i think it took a while to complete DM from IN PROCESS. y did they tak so long? did u change ur address or any other status change during the process??

I don;t think... because he returned my Passport back because my medical and PCC was expired. I have already paid the landing fee.

hey aroundwrd99,
I pray that u get ur visa coz the decision is still pending..maybe this Sikh guy told u later that he'll let u know coz he might be indecisive bt his actions of refusal, some other vo might be consulted as well....stay positive and hopeful...Sikh or non-sikh , indian or non-indian doesn't matter, what matters is the attitude of person.... just pray and pray that God listens to you and rest doesn't matter...tc... of course u can file a complaint if things go wrong but hope all goes well dear...
