;D omg mg omg. i really surprised. i got my passport with shiny visa yesterday 3:00pm by indian speed post. 1 and half year NDVO Torcher is completed on yesterday.iI booked the flight ticket on 4/07/14 . Thanks to all friends in this Session.

I hope, All are Getting visa soon. God helps to everyone. I never feel before this painfull experience. Daily waiting waiting waiting. Several times. And check e-cas three times per day after meals like a medicine. Lot of tensioning after checking ecas. Beause nothing changes on e cas.

congratulations..you have been officially kicked out..graphics to follow from abishekgole..1.6 years..unless it was a complicated case, it seems 13 to 18 months seems to be the norm...i gave 17 months too generous..all I want from these morons is a time frame on when visa is expected to be delivered so that I don't have to check ecas every hour...

since you don't have timeline on the left side of your post, it is hard to figure out what is your current status..you can go to spreadsheet and change color (what each color means is explained on the top of spreadsheet)...spreadsheet used to be maintained by myrah and access to others was controlled. Now anyone can go and change anything...

Hi Friends,

I am Dec,2013 Applicant. My marriage is lil differnt, after 1 yr of struggle with my parents, my parents allowed me to marry the one I love who was my colleague but they were not present in the marriage becoz they were upset with my decision. After 2 years of marriage and staying together in India, we applied for spouse PR, my Husband is already PR before marriage. But we haven't mentioned this thing in application that my parents were nt in marriage becoz our case was nt just married case. Now as I am seeing that many applicants are getting call and they are asking ques, I am affraid what I shud do becoz I havent declared abt my parents absence. There were few people gathering with husband family and few frnds.

if u belong to Punjab then they transfer ur file to Chandigarh embassy. ..bcoz its near ur place. .
my file also pending for initial review don't know how much time they will take. .
as ur timeline ur medical expires can u done ur remedical ?

do u have attached any additional document in which u mention dat problm ................i think ndvo only gives to priority to geniue relationship if ur relationship is geniue nd u attached all the proofs with ur file dan dnt worry everything will be fine

Hello dear.. I am also in the same boat.. I am sept applicant same case as urs.. I am a canadian PR and i sponsored my husband .. Mu parents were also not present.. I am scared too.. applied notes 2 times but no interview recommended yet.. However, i did provide all the proofs as we were in a long distance relationship fron 2009.. And I also did attach a separate letter stating all the circumstances.. That how we tried to convince the parents and everything... And abt the marriage... All the emails.. Call records.. Gift receipts .. So I guess if u have provided enough proofs u shouldn't be scared.. But reading the posts here.. We can't predict anything with NDVO.. Wish u luck dear..
