Hello guys why no one is answering my question???
I check my ecas this morning and I have seen that my lawyer address has changed in to my Address in india ...can any body tell me why they change my lawyer address coz I did not not ask them to change the adress
Or is it just normal they change any time they want
Because they only communicate my lawyer not me
And at the end of the address they say if you want change this address notify us
Please any body clarify this for me

its good news , as per seniors address changes when its decision made and you will get visa soon.

I pray that u get ur visa coz the decision is still pending..maybe this Sikh guy told u later that he'll let u know coz he might be indecisive bt his actions of refusal, some other vo might be consulted as well....stay positive and hopeful...Sikh or non-sikh , indian or non-indian doesn't matter, what matters is the attitude of person.... just pray and pray that God listens to you and rest doesn't matter...tc... of course u can file a complaint if things go wrong but hope all goes well dear...

Big hello!I am a kumaoni living in delhi too.Yeah i am a 16th Sep 2013 stuck with those two stupid lines on ecas Application received + medical received.medical expires on 06th august 2014.

Is your case straightforward? you provided all documents upfront etc etc? If yes, then maybe 2-3 days more you will be getting IP

The first thing he said: he is going to refuse my visa

Second comment: Do you have any proof which helps me to change my decision

Then I submitted all the proof.

Thank you for those lines (I am going to now pin my hopes to the coming 2-3 days and will treat you if it comes true ;D).All documents submitted way before in 2013 ...police clearance...got marriage certificate attested by Ministry of External Affairs...first wedding for both of us...all family members present etc.Everything is straightforward.Just getting jittery now.

there were two cases that he had rejected applicants after interview because they don't fit in with the conventional family style of marriage; 3 children; 2.5 mother in laws; cats and dogs; 1.3 house and 2.5 cars...idiots...yeah right!!since 2011 you carefully created an application with full proof measures like renting a house together; taking trips together; buying a car together; only thing you didn't do is get married then but married now...so if a person does not believe in marriage but does everything a married couple does and they live together for 14 years, this moron would think never mind you lived for 14 years but you are not married yet...if a person wants to cheat he/she can do it perfectly without raising any suspicions...morons...i am baffled you are married now so however you lived before the marriage how is it relevant to the case?

Yes, I said to the visa officer: you can reject my visa if you want... but don't yell at my relationship... You can reject my case if want... but not on bad faith.. we love each other... so don;t yell on my relation.

I agree too.You will get visa if your relationship is genuine.He might be trying to grill you ( rest i totally understand your sentiment when you mentioned you were hoping for a foreign-origin visa officer....its a well-known fact about most Indians being judgmental and rude about anyone who does not adhere to a "conventional way of living life")

Worst case, even if you don't get the visa...heavens wont fall you will instead earn pride that you stood for your marriage.BTW ( little tongue-in-cheek humour) India is not a bad country to live in...i love it!"Saare jahan se achcha hindustan humara
