i should hire somebody to check my ecas every hour...i am getting bored with checking three or four times a day...

True!! I have reduced the frequency of checking e-cas to twice a day :D :D

Hello friends,

I'll soon be filing for my spousal sponsorship and After reading an abundance of posts from both Inland and outland applicants.
I've find out that Inland applications have a significantly larger wait time as compared to outland.
Though my better half is already in Canada but I feel Outland filing to be the best bet for us. (I always thought Inland to be better)

"I see most of the applicants have given Medicals prior to filing their application.
Can anyone please help me what exactly needs to be done for the advance medicals so that I can start my spouse's sponsor process right away"
Any additional suggestion from your experience would be of great help. Thank you.

May 2013 applicants still waiting after remedicals are me, w2e, msingh2013, bubbles67. Even if one of us gets some update it will give hope to the rest of us.....

Yes that will surely give us all hope........ For all of us with re medical done and in process I feel we still have 15 to 20 days more to feel frustrated

I am going by what cic website it's said when I applied stage one will take 24 days second stage the country specific visa will take 10 months due to strike they increased it to 12 months then in December to 13 months

My file clear stage one on 30 may 2013 so by adding 13 moths I should get DM or VISA by 30 June....
Hope it eventually be true....

I don't trust what anyone says I will wait by what's written in black and white

Yes for all of us the 13 months are getting over in July. So even I am hopeful that something should be done until then. But I am scared that before our time comes the processing time should not increase further to make us wait more...

File inland , even if it takes more time but can utilize that time at job or career preparation . Plus she'll have legal right to work aswell . It's not easy to live apart that long , she's gonna end up sitting home waiting every day . You should ask around people who are already going through this . You are lucky to be there for each while this process takes course .

18 days since DM .......
Seem like ndvo will deliver visa by hand , 25th May officer started his journey on foot , so guys how long it takes if we start walking from Delhi to Jalandhar punjab . 20 days approx??

If 20 Kms per day , should take 18 days . So may be by tomorrow ??

My wife is already working on post grad work permit. Her work permit is expiring next year in July. I became PR last year before marriage.
We both are working but all i'm concerned about is the time frame and frustration waiting.
