Hi Guys.resenting my post once again to you.I am a 2014 applicant and i need ur experience. My wife called this morning and told me we got our second AOR from NDVO. They requested her the following documents to be send immediately (IF NOT ALREADY PAID)
1) RPRF(Right of Permanent Residents Fee)
2) Police clearance certificate

So i have paid both of them before. Do i need to communicate with them or leave it becz it a computer generated mail ?? guide me plz

U don't have to do anything. But it won't hurt to send an email on that case specific enquiry link. Just saying you hAve received that email and that u have sent those things already. Don't need to stress it anymore than that. Everybody gets that email.

I am just trying to figure out what could be the reason to delay the new data list at data.gc.ca for number of applicants in oct, nov, dec, which had to be released in end of may.
For sure they have computers, and for sure they have records as how many files they receive each month infact each day, so they can release these numbers with just a click..I have no doubt in that.
So the reason is very clear, they are just observing current trends, number of files done, pending numbers etc and before releasing the next data so they can manipulate. Flexibility of Manipulation is the only reason I can see. Wat do you think guys.

no....some people do land with return ticket, give a friend's address for PR card (who in turn sends PR card to India through someone) and go back....not a problem with CIC as long as one meets PR requirements

Thanks buddy, but I have a place and no plan to return with in 2 months:), which she is going to provide is my rental apt address...so we do not need the return ticket.

But thats Illegal. U cannot leave Canada Without Hard Copy of PR.
Mailing PR through post is illegal. CBSA can stop you entering into Canada, as they can check arrival date at destination country and Issue date of PR

Issue DAte of PR is Generally 2 months after the first landing. If the immigration date and stamp on passport is earlier than that date...you can be in soup.
Example
Date of Landing in Canada 4-Jan-2010 (CBSA also stamp this date on Passport)
DAte of Issue of PR Card 5-March-2010
IGI airport arrival stamp 3-Feb-2010
rentry into Canada 6-June-2010

That time 99.99% CBSA will ask your PR Card, they can also ask for Passport and if the CBSA guy is smart he can look into the dates.
So do not take unnecessary Panga..... :D
