My partner received a call today to go to Delhi and pick up his passport tommorow!!!!! THIS IS INCREDIBLE !!!!! 4 years of struggle with immigration and passeport, a baby at distance, so much suffering, and now this is the end!!!!!


Wish that everyone will receive their visa soon, and especially the ones who has children since this is incredibly difficult! !!!!!

Hello all, Thank god today I got my Re-Medical letter from NDVO...

this confirms further that you passed the interview....

We did our re medicals and send the passport with the medical receipt right away.DM was made within 2 months...Just send the passport with Receipt and dont wait to hear from ND Embassy....

Tomorrow I am going for my Re-Medicals & Can you please tell me : Should I send my Passport soon after Re-Medicals to NDVO or should I wait for their call/Message for sending Passport(As it is not mentioned in Re-Medical letter about sending back Passport) ?

If I need to send then on which address ? & by which mode i.e. Registered Post or Private Courier ?

I did not wait for their letter (god knows when they will send an official one....for remedicals they sent one and after they received results they sent another one this time threatening) asking for passport..use blue dart or any other reliable one where you get confirmation that it has been delivered....

they will call again but make sure you have an extension chord long enough to take your land line where ever you go...are you sure it was not telemarketer calling you to say that they will remove the black magic spell (advertisements that you see in this family class sponsorship forum) for $100?

Hahaha... You are right W2E... As you know about my case... It was really too much difficult for me & much more for my spouse... But eventually God hear our prayers... & my friends like you also supported alot whenever required... Really you guys made it smooth... Thanks to all of you dears...

yes ...with a cover letter showing file number; category; name and phone number to contact; contents enclosed etc....

and if I were working for NDVO I would have made three copies of cover letter duly authorized and signed by higher authorities..my cover letter would begin 'dear esteemed sir....according to article 3 paragraph 4(c) I am sending my passport for your kind...blah blah...'

Hi Guys.resenting my post once again to you.I am a 2014 applicant and i need ur experience. My wife called this morning and told me we got our second AOR from NDVO. They requested her the following documents to be send immediately (IF NOT ALREADY PAID)
1) RPRF(Right of Permanent Residents Fee)
2) Police clearance certificate

So i have paid both of them before. Do i need to communicate with them or leave it becz it a computer generated mail ?? guide me plz

this is computer generated mail but if you are paranoid that NDVO is out there to get you then send them a letter informing when you sent RPRF and when you did PCC....
