I was not on visitor's visa but TD visa which gets renewed after three years...when my husband left his US job then it got expired and I came to India before the visa expiry

TD-Visa is a visa type in US...It is a dependant visa for the spouse of Canadian professionals working in US...It gets renewed after every three years as long as the spouse is inUS...

thanks for updating me....my TD Visa expired...it was my first Credit card...thought my visa will be expired too...lol...sorry just kidding...

Hello Guys.
i had applied the GCMS notes in End of April through my lawyer. I was eagerly waiting to see the notes. My lawyer had sent me notes few days back.
Notes were generated on 28 April.
In the medical section, it says i have passed the medical and no health impairment sufficient to prevent admission for medical reasons.
Security : Not started
Criminality : Not started and my medical validity is exactly one year.
They have received my passport on 18/Nov/2013 ( Thank God they have my passport) :'(

I hope by time they had generated the notes, they would done some work on my file too.

I am stll waiting for my passport. can anybody tell me by which courier they send passport and other documents and how long does it take normally?

hey thanks for your concern..i was just joking..status changes to 'decision made' and passport delivered are in NDVO's hands so whenever that happens, it happens.....

I have read it is normal registered post. times vary depending on where in the country you are. 1 week to 10 days if you are in New Delhi area. a bit longer if you are elsewhere. But that is anybodys guess.

I have read it is normal registered post. times vary depending on where in the country you are. 1 week to 10 days if you are in New Delhi area. a bit longer if you are elsewhere. But that is anybodys guess.

Its super hot in India now adays.....give some time to postmen tooo....they brave the immense heat..
