NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

Hi all,
I have a doubt if some one could clear it out it would be great.
My wife filed for my application at Mississauga office on 19/11/2013 and she got the confirmation letter on 18th December confirming it.
Than again on 6th fen she got a letter stating that she has been approved.
Again on 1st April 2014 I got a letter from ndvo asking for my receipt and pcc if not already submitted and the letter was dated 8th march 2014.
I am just curious to know that which year and month applicant shoul I consider myself to be.

they send u a email which refers as "we have received ur application on xx-xx-xxxx (eg.date) permanent resident in Canada...also check ur ecas then u will know which month applicant r u...If again any doubt then ask without hesitation...

nov 2013 applicant..go to ecas and check it will say 'we received sponsorship application for mr.chatwant on xx/xx/xxxx'.....

hey w2e....any progress in ur file..? when will dese morons issue ur visa..rite now r u in india or going back. .?

Thanks w2e and Sandhu sahab I was just confused in my ecas it says application received 11th nov 2013.i was just confused coz I got my first email from ndvo on 1/4/14 asking abt the fees and pcc if not already submitted and the date of the letter was 08/03/2014 so I thought I am a march applicant..
They haven't asked for my passport yet.

if ur ecas says they received ur application on 11 nov..then now dere is no doubt dat u r a nov applicant. .
yeah they r so lazy sometimes they send an email abt pcc or fees etc even we already submitted...so don't confused..

it is a million rupees question that only visa officers (morons) can answer....my guess is they themselves don't know..it is a bureaucratic maze in New Delhi visa office that one department doesn't know what the other one does....on may 8th they sent notice asking for remedicals which we sent promptly... then two days ago they sent a threatening email with a deadline of june 29th to submit remedicals....my lawyer responded saying remedicals already done with proof attached...i won't be surprised if they send another email on July 1st saying 'your remedicals is not done yet ...so we will put your application at the bottom of the pile....'

still in india for the past 9 months and waiting for this process to be over so that i can go back...

oh God. ..u r here in last 9 months..I think dat u r going back after d interview. . seriously man dese r really soo dash dash dash i don't hv words to explain it...then I m sure all d relatives nd neighbours poking u... but don't worry they will not said dat tur remedicals is not done yet..I m sure rite now ur application is d top of d pile...all d best

Did you send them the receipt cum invoice copy of remedical to NDVO?

Please be fast ...we all have other things in life to take careas well...once u will stamp Visa then only we can plan our life, career, Family ....

Complete mismanagement, after all this fees they don't even touch our files for 9-10 months. Very true, life is just stuck. Give us some decision so we can move on. This is like being married without any known future.

I agree with you pooja.. we share similar timelines. when do u think october ppl will get visa? I never imagined this visa process will make me suffer so much! i hope God shows some mercy on ppl like us..

complete inhuman..I have resigned too and my last day was on monday...nw ths wait game wl become killing experience.
