Hey, I'm confused..how they working !! 1 applicant TOR007 got visa as he is 14th August applicant as his wife medical was expiring!! I dnt they Gona finish August applicant in this month or not ..
I'm 8th August applicant & still nothing !! They even not working in order.. 14th August applicant got visa & 8th August waiting !! Strange I'm not understanding how they working I'm totally dead..it's seems life is end..my medical is expiring July end..
Can any1 tell me when should I expect.. I'm seriously pissed off..almost 10months hona wala ha & nothing ..

hellu buddy..just think i m 25th july applicant and didnt heard anything. Fisrt file of july applicant open on 14th Feb. So never no U hv to be lucky to get early visa.

And in the same case who applied on the same date as i, they are already landed their.

I think NDVO knows only how they works. But yes they are working. So many people getting their visa's. Only some few unlucky once's are waiting to hearing something.

I understand few August applicant have got there visa !! I'm Delhi applicant..let see what this week comes upto..And few August applicant in this forum r waiting.. I have seen 8th August, 16th August, 26th August applicants r waiting & few more !! I'm not understanding how they working .. On which basis they working..they issuing depending on medical expire or month applicant wise? I'm shocked 25th July applicant waiting ... It's very hard time..until they don't clear there backlogs how they gona move further..this is hieghts seriously.. God help please

Mainly they are working on combination of application dates and medical dates. But yes who's medicals are going to expire they will get visa as early as possible if their is no red flags.

I think u should wait for a week , their will be updates in this week for Aug. applicants surely. Bcs last few weeks their are working on backlogs .

Wait is over guys. They called for straight visa because my wife's medical was expiring. They said to travel as soon as possible before medical expiration date of June 1 , 2014. Thank you and good luck all of ya

Thanks jk2013....Good to know Muthuyam that we there share 2, 3rd and last week of November timelines....We can keep updating ourselves....Muthayam did u receive any PPR from NDVO? When did you receive your 2nd AOR?

Also I agree with sunsweet and anrewsweet that NDVO is going to work faster on sep, oc, no, dec applicants now..... one of the members also mentioned that the MP enquiry stated that sep,oct and nov applicants are on the way.... tc all of u....

Bt my medical is expiring end of July..let see if they finish August applicant this week.. If they cal me then also I will have positive hope..as of now my status application recieve on 8th August & medical recieve..we can only wait nothing else..

i think they granted ur visa if they didn't want to do that then they may return ur passport on the day of interview.

i suggest u to do MP inquiry and find out wts going on.

junior visa officer who interviewed your husband cannot make decisions (I think you wrote it was a Canadian..if it was Indian I think you would heard the result right away) she can only recommend..so that's why she did not give your passport back....yes they will mail it back if visa denied...and no they cannot give visa without remedicals (it has been 6 months since it expired).....hope this DM is just asking you to redo medicals...and hope you get email soon instead of this torture that they put you through..did you get any sense that interview was not going well? like interviewer kept asking again again about a particular issue and was not convinced with answers....in my case she kept asking my partner a particular question about tourist visa application and was not convinced and ended the interviewer abruptly saying 'will let you know in two weeks' and in few days she emailed letter asking to do remedicals...so it could be like that in your case too...

It is normal. They will send ur passport on Indian address when ur visa issues.

If u want to be sure then u can do a case specific inquiry and inform about ur indian address (which is already in ur file package)

then go for case specific inquiry and notify them ur new address. They will take a note and add to ur case and i dnt think it will affect on processing time.

omg m so stressed n worried... yes there was an issue she was nt convinced i kept calm n explained her... she ended saying will let u knw our decision or if we want some docs... what does this dm means is killin me i cnt wait anymore

unfortunately in ecas they don't have categories like 'remedicals need to be done' (I think they might have 'additional documents asked for' ..i am not sure) so it is hard to know what DM means...I wrote my side of story just to say anything can happen..interviewer kept saying 'i think you wrote that in tourist visa application to deceive us' hoping that my partner will admit that he wrote that knowing fully well it was a lie but that did not happen...so it is possible that your DM could be asking you to submit remedicals or asking for additional documents...just stay calm and find out from MP what is the result of decision and whatever the decision maybe act accordingly...
