Medical expiry is 1 year, same for re-medical. NDVO can extend it by 3 weeks (Exception - they can also extend it by 3 months if there is delay from their side but not because of red flags etc).

I dont think it will take entire June for Sep.

June will be Sep/ Oct files
July will be Oct/ Nov
August will be Nov/ Dec

hmmm every month booked by other applicants...nd where is august applicants I don't think so they all got visas in remaining 6 days of may... ;D

it works you should try it..I just mentioned that in this forum if I don't get a request for passport soon (it had been 9 months) or interview scheduled sooner then I would ask my buddy arvindy to do dharna in front of Canada High commission (to induce arvindy I offered him scarf to wear when it was 40 degrees celsius outside) and it worked...arvind never came but high commission scheduled interview (but no official interview notification..oh well one can frighten visa officers only so much)

Yup...same here...we hereby request that arvindy (w2e friend) be released at the earliest so that he can come and give dharna outside the Canadian Embassy.

Hey guy , my status changed to DM today , but nobody called me from Delhi office to confirm any date of birth or asking me about traveling date . ??? My medical expires on June 7 , so like others with medical expiry soon been asked if they could travel before that date . I also read somewhere they extending medicals by one month . So anybody with more info on this ??

hey if u have applied thru a lawyer then ndvo might not have ur contact number please check with you lawyer due to time difference call might go to the answering machine...... check it to be double sure

Just it is an estimate We do not have any information as NDVO is not transparent. All members in the forum do not figure in the excel data sheet Further members have not entered the data If you check the data sheet as high as 28 cases are pending. Some are not active
62 applicants of May to sep are pending Taking this sample if you make a projection on the total application the pending list of fie months goes to more than 840 cases So to clear this with the current speed it may take minimum two months This does not mean sep case may not be sanctioned now They may be processing sep oct nov cases some would be getting also. Thats what all are crying that the NDVO is not fair they do not go on some order or the order which they follow is not known. In this waiting game we have to be cool and be positive. W

Hello Guys.. I really wish they start on August applicant.. So many August applicant are waiting 4 there visa..
I myself waiting 4 my visa.. As I'm 8th August 2013 applicant.. I got to know 12,16,28,26th August applicant are waiting for there visa...I really pray soon these officers start working on August applicant & finish by giving us visa..it's becoming too hard to live away from our love ones..
My each second each days goes harder..it's about to be 10months in 7days I put my file..10months is too much to be away from our love ones that too be newly married couple..

I want to be with my husband, this is too hard time.. Please start working on August applicants , may is already about to end in 4 days.. Same status application recieve, I'm pissed off,frustrated...
My patients r finish... Please god help us

Rather than applying for GCMS notes (which take a month) call up your local MP here in Canada, make an appointment, go to his office and do an "inquiry about your spousal visa case", and specifically ask your MP to ask NDVO about the passport request. The MP will have an answer for you within 5 days.

I contacted my area MP and he wants me to personally visit his office and signed documents. I thought I can inquire online.
