I have filed application for PR for the 2014....can any body tell how I will know that my application is accepted or not. Will Nova Scotia office communicate me the same through some correspondence or any other communication method.

one more step towards getting passport with visa...still doubtful if you got visa or not? lol..I am still waiting for you to say 'not sure if I got my visa or not even though my passport says yes'...

Me,Shona,shakeaden having same applicant date 8th August 2013
& shakeaden got d visa..now me & Shona left & that to be we r on same dates 8th August ..
It's very de-motivated feeling...soo much frustrated.. I dnt know when waiting going to be end !!
It's hieghts soo many August applicants r waiting !!
God please help

I am a 15 Nov 2013 applicant and I haven't got anny PPR as well, but we shouldn't worry bcoz the process seems changed now....



I wish all the Aug , Sep applicants get their DMs and visa coz it "sends a wave of worry" when others are getting and you don't find a uniformity in the process....God will help all of us...All the best

Really... enuf waiting game...but wen I see june or july's applicant waiting I don't understand ths NDVO ppl wrkng style..god knws whtz gonna happen.... my first anniversary is also coming....big day fr married couple. ....Just wish to b with my hubby......can't wait anymore

applications are not done in sequential order..various applications goes to various morons and they work at their own pace..besides your background may be different from shakeden (fewer trips; faster background checks etc)..they were little bit more luckier than you which means your visa is on the way just few more days of wait...

A poster posted on here 2 weeks ago saying that the office was going to slow down work until the 25th and things will pick up again on the 26th. Not sure how he knew this information but it seems to be correct.

Its so tough for new immigrants to handle so many problem after landing into a new country i.e job,manage home,cooking etc and on top of that this VISA waiting game.

NDVO have some mercy and start issuing VISA.
