Guys...Question to those who did their re-medicals...

Did u all send NDVO a physical or e-mail copy of your receipts or just let the diagnostics send the report directly?

They sent it for me wife. She didn't send anything.

To clarify again for my wife:

File went to "in process" April 12th. Medical was expired so they sent letter April 14th requesting chest x-ray. They did not send passport back as the letter simply stated "take this letter to doctor".

Went to doctor and doc submitted everything and advised her she didn't need to send anything.

My understanding is that in this situation, they will not update and add a line saying "remedical has been received".

It is also my understanding that from posters on this message board, the timeline for going to "decision made" following remedical is anywhere from 1 to 2 months however there are posters that have been waiting 5 months as well.

"Our office can look into the file for you, but you need to know that, seeking information on a case that is still within the processing time could delay the finalization of the case because it may have to be pulled from the queue to determine its status. In order to look into your file we will need a signed consent form from your wife. I have attached the form. Please have her fill out, sign & date and have a witness sign & date. Then return the form via email or fax.

Once we have the signed consent form, we will make an inquiry into the file; this generally takes between 5-10 business days. Then we will contact you with any information.

If you have any questions or concerns please let me know."

It does not impact the position in the queue, this MP is just being lazy so he/she doesn't have to do the inquiry I did MP inquiry 2 times, didn't impact my timeline ;D

I just received a remedical request cause the first one is expired, do u guys have any idea after how long they will reply back to me after receiving the new medical reports, cause my PCC is also expired but they haven't asked for that.
