Hi,

My application is in process since 12th April. How long they take to complete the process?

please share your complete timeline..

I am an october applicant and file trasnfered in november. My spouse is coming to india on official work and plans to stay with me for 2 months.. will it create any problem or is it ok? Both of us are of indian origin and its a proper indian marriage! will this create any alarm if he comes to india? i guess its no offense ..

No it shall not create any problem, as long as he doesn't stay over 180 days in a calendar year (whereupon he will be called as a Non-Resident Canadian) and has a reason to go back to Canada (a job or business in Canada). You do not even need to inform CIC about it. I too visited my wife in India for about 2 months in Dec-Jan, and hopefully there shall be no problem with that.

Chances are only 5% of getting Visit Visa for your spouse.

They are very busy.....very less chances that you will get visa b4 the processing time which is 13 months..

Average time is 8-9 months.Maximum time it will take is 13 months.

1. They received my application for permanent residence on July 30th 2013.
2. September 9th 2013 my hubby got a mail saying that my fail has been forwarded to New Delhi.
3. Passport request on 26th September 2013.
4. I sent the passport on 30th September 2013.
5. They started processing my application on 12th April 2014.
6. They received my medical result.

How May days they take to process my application??

In morning at 10:00 am I check my status it was INPROCESS and after that I get a call at 10: 15 am to confirm my DOB and address. I ask mam why u have call me . She says that your file process is in final stage . And when in afternoon I check at 14:00. It was Decision made. Really felling Amazing. My 13 months journey finish. I have applied on April 2013.

What is fairness letter ?? I received a letter from Delhi immigration and I think it's a fairness letter as told by others ?? What to do next ??
