I just received email from Delhi immigration office concerned about one of my answer on the form . They asked me to respond to them but how do respond . Reply to same email ,fax or mail??

(Family class sponsorship) Iam July 2013 applicant. My application was filed on 30/07/2013. My file transferred to Delhi. Passport request on September 26th 2013 and I send my passport on 30th sep 2013. After that I dint get any reply from NDVO.

what is your file transfer date to NVDO ? They have just started September, only 2 applicants in process.

Guess there is no confusion as CANVISa is considering that currently september application ( File transfer date) are taken care by NDVO where as per our standard july august ( App filed date) is going on ...so chill ...our turn will come soon !! Fingers crossed...have u applied for notes??

September (109 files) and October combined files are half then previous months (backlogs and some of August end files are still pending),, if NDvO are efficient we can see our loved ones very soon. I see our timeline are very close, notes are too early I guess. Normal trend has been 7-8 months (after file received at NDvO) on this forum.

Guys,

I have a question. My interview is coming soon. Me and my spouse living together in India from last 1 year and it's almost more than a year we have been married. I need for the documents which we need to take with us.


Please let me know if I am correct or not.


1) I will be taking all the Trip pictures, Hotel bills and tickets of our trips which we did after submission of our application - It would be about around 7 to 9 trips together (alone, with friends and Family).

2) My wife is on Residence permit here in India

3) She also applied for the jobs in Canada + Accommodation letter from her brother in India. This is our intention to return to Canada.

4) Pictures - Loads of Pictures from our trips.

5) Cousin family function pictures here in India

6) Our membership together in India

8) Original Marriage certificate

9) Holi celebration Picture together

10) Party with friends here in Delhi and India.

11) She is also helping me in my business since May 2013.

Anything else need to be attach?

On August 15th my hubby got a mail from cic saying that they received my application on 30/07/13. After than no reply from them. On September 26th 2013 I Got a mail saying that to submit my old and new passport. And I sent my passport on 30th September 2013. After that no reply from NDVO. And I am not able to check my application status.

same here waiting for reply...didn't hear anything after PPR.
