as u see everybodys timeline. ..as written app filed date...everybody get dere visa according to app file date...

application is filed in Canada, Harry had filed in June, he hasn't received any response by now most of June filed cases have got responses, I believe as his file was approved in September 16, till Mississauga office doesn't approve, Delhi office can't work on it. So applying for notes or MP inquiry will just show file in process, his turn will come with September members.

Your timeline is very very similar to mine. I have been also waiting since Nov 2013 after my passport submission. The worst part is that my medical has also expired on 3rd May 2014 that is yesterday.. Just hoping that they extend my medical for 3 weeks n ask me to leave the country in these three weeks :-[ :

I also just ordered notes but I put immigration file permanent resident. I figured the sponsorship file would be about the eligibility to sponsor not the status of pr application. I hope I did it right otherwise what r they going to send me? did I do it wrong?

I am getting confuse what to do? bcoz when we first applied on 13 june 2013 after that on 11 july 2013 file was returned by CIC due to some Representative form (lMM 5476) error. After that we resend file on 9- August 2013 and got approved in September 16.

What is Gcms note and how it's helpful to get real information and how long get it back???

No I didn't inform anybody . I had to wait for my police clearance certificate from other country , soon I had the certificate in my hand I submitted my passport with it .

I don't think it matters as they only store the passport with your file. If you waited for a second passport request it may have delayed your file but it should be okay in its current state.

Passport can be even submitted after they make decision on your file. But you have to inform them, that you will be submitting passport during later stage of application.
