Does it matter? IP means no interview. And a delay means they are doing your background security check. As long as you have not been involved in criminal activities you are cool. On a serious note, IP to DM varied anywhere from 1 Week to 2 Months. But usually on the quicker side (like 90% of times).

From my understanding, NDVO forwards files to Chandigarh if the applicant lives near the area and thus would be closer for the applicant to visit Chandigarh as oppose to making a trip further to New Delhi. It would only make sense if that is the case.PC32 said:Congratulations!
