When status changed to in process. Is that mean they have got new medical results

I am not sure; but this was my first medical. and it says medical received a day after it got into IP for me.

but don't really understand why the file is Ip for so long without having any interview or any ADR. loosing patience . Hope i get the DM before our anniversary in first week of May at least. The wait is killing.
