Welcome to the forum. You may expect to get visa soon before medicals expire (May 20th, 2014). Dont worry they are still processing on July applicants. Be positive! Could you tell us the date of your sponsorship approved? Then you can add your timeline on the spreadsheet. Wish you a speedy IP!

Can some one please send me the link how to apply GCMS notes ? and the best way to apply it.., Do i need to send hard copy to NDVO once applied? its annoying this wait time , i am totally fed up with this Canadian immigration NDVO.

few days back wife got call from chandigarh visa office to collect passport.. today got passport with not so shiny visa, hurrrrrayyyyy...ATLAST

Sent an e-mail to MP for an inquiry, hopes he comes back with positive response, May be he call up my sponsor to sign consents. fingers crossed and praying for everyone!

i am in canada he's in india....
how shud in asnwer this question form form IMM 1344
Question # 1 if found ineligible withdraw your sponsorship application OR proceed with application for PR

I dont use surname in my passport shud i leave that spot empty for surname and give my name in given name section

it shows on the website that it take 13 months for the processing of spousal sponsorship is it gonna take so long....

Please help how shud i answer this question

My file was transferred to NDVO on January 2014. I am waiting for PPR still and don't know when will I get the letter. Now, I am planning to go to Afghanistan and take my wife to dubai for a month. Will it effect our case processing time or it doesn't matter?

Hi guys

According to our gcms notes, medical & eligibility is in progress however criminality and security is not started. The notes read "couple's relation is geniune and they seem compatible" (thankgod )
The due date mentioned in the notes is 2014/04/01.
I am wondering how long the processing wil take further ? as this seems to be an unending wait...

Sponsorship

We received your application to sponsor K on September 5, 2013.

We sent you a letter on November 19, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

and

Permanent Residence

We received K application for permanent residence on September 5, 2013.
Medical results have been received.


Story:- We did submit our application on September 5th, 2013- and we had to submit other additional documents- so the sponsorship was only approved from CIC- Missisauga on November 19th.
and we got the AOR from Delhi on January 7th, 2014



Question:- Should we look at November 7th (applications being processed)?

and
Question:- Why is CIC online status for Permanent Residence showing September 5th? (shouldn't this be November 19th)??????


Please advise- Thank you

They didnt send your application back instead they ask for additional documents for sponsorship approval as i could understand.

Another thing how much u calculate the days they will give visa only when they wanted. Until its a new applixation sept 5 is ok in ur case
