Hi guys need assistance here , just now i came to know that my medicals is nt been received by me my dad hv got a call from officer that no one received the medical papaers

but we have nt got it.

what to do now how to get that papers back plz help. . . .

i m so much worried abt this now plz help.....

Don't worry. Do you have a photocopy of the e-medical report that the doctor gave you? If you do, then send that or if you don't, then try contacting the doctor's clinic if they can give you e-medicals again. Simplest is to redo medicals and send it. Very careless of NDVO to lose your medicals.

I am a Cdn citizen and have sponsored my wife while staying in India. I had read that Cdn citizens can stay abroad during the application process.
1. Is the delay cos I have opted to stay in India during the application process?
2. Recently I have received email asking for T4 and paystubs. I had mentioned clearly in the application that I am staying in India so bit confused why they are asking for T4 and paystubs now.
Any suggestions please!

Seems like they want to know your level of establishment in Canada, asking for T4 and pay-stubs means inquiring that your are tax paying citizen or not!! also you missed your first passport request in April, it might get a little delay because I know one of friend who missed his first passport request and his application got delay a little further for 4 months!! your medicals got too expired, they might send you e-mail asking to do medicals again, keep an eye on inbox, wish you speedy visa.

1. delay is not due to your living in India. Apply for notes to see if an interview is required. There was one Feb 2013 forum member who had waited for 1 year to find out an interview has been scheduled. As for living in India, the almighty NDVO may want to know whether you intend to go back to Canada. If so, prove it in the form of job offer (or approval of leave of absence); fixed assets; rental agreement etc.

2. as for T4 stubs, submit a copy of the latest available one you have. If the latest one was 2011 or 2012 or earlier, just send them a copy.

if a persons file moves to inprocess does it mean that their interview has been waived or hav there been instances where after in process ppl hav been called for interview?

There is no interviews for 2013 applicants when file moves to in-process, for 2012 applicants there was some interviews after in-process but not for 2013 applicants yet!
