I have a advise for you I don't know we can do it or not but I want to share with you after gone through this terrible mental torture.

As you got to know you also recommended for interview. You must ask for a Canadian interviewer for your interview.
I personally feel they are more professional and treats people like human.

Hey Can we ask for a Canadian Interviewer? Really and I hope that would not impact the process in negative way. It would be great to have Canadian Interviewer because Indians are fool, specially those who sitting at such levels. All they want to hear is Yes sir, No sir, you are right sir, you are always right sir, You are God sir, God is nothing sir actually you are real god sir...

Hey Guys,

OMG OMG OMG!!! My wife got the visa she just call me it is 3:00 a.m. now in Canada. The visa is not shiny but OMG OMG OMG she got the visa. So happy now thank you every one thank you for all the support. Allah talah sab ka visa jaldi dilajao. E-Cas still shows IN PROCESS no DM online yet.

Great so she got a call today.... they are working on Saturday.... Congrats for the visa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what about contacting CIC in canada and register a complaint there directly or meet a lawyer and file a complaint legally?? do u think this will work? i dont knw but i am just giving u suggestions..just call up cic and inform them how they treated you in indian visa office (indian interviwer) and check out if ur sponsor can file a compliant there or not

not sure if I can ask for a preference for a Canadian interviewer..even if I do, it might delay the process since it is based on the availability of a Canadian interviewer...as it is I am frustrated that they have not scheduled a date (it is way past one month since they did the stupid recommended and required for interview) more delays would make me drop this whole idea and retire to Himalayas (and pray my fellow Sanyasi is not a previous NDVO employee)

Hello everyone my interview is done on 17 and a good news that we both clear our interview most question are about our marriage that were it took place how many poeple attend it they ask us to show photos and explain them the lady was very nice and told us that she has no problem and visa will be given to us soon before our medical expire i thanks got... I took interview tranning from a guy recomended by garry sidhu erlier they trained us well and there is no question asked by interviewer which that guy doesnt ask me erlier so i recommend to contact that guy if some one has major problem kk guys bless for me that visa is isued to us soon

My wife is studying in canada on jan 2014 onwards.rigt now iam in india.can i apply any visa to go to canada?i applyed opem work permit, but if refused because of enough fund. i show $5000 only.plz tell me any way to go canada

You can apply for a visit but you have to show strong proof that you will go back to India after the visa expires. If you can't, the visit visa application will most likely be rejected.
