Hello Wonderful people

I believe its high time that we raise our voice as seeking help from MP's is not helping anyone here,. as per govt they are making immigration better by making new laws and putting more restrictions and I respect that as to prevent the fraud it is necessary but what I don't understand is how immigration process is getting better. People used to get their visa in 3-4 months after file reaches NDVO. But now it is 12 months and still not guaranteed. And their website also got updated to 12 months processing time so that no one can disturb them..

I ask everyone out here on Humanitarian grounds how is it justified that we get married and then just leave our partners in a different country and go through all the pain and sacrifice and go through the worst immigration process to get united with our partners, which slowly affects the relationship as it is the best time that a couple spends after marriage but Immigration is making things worst and worst.

Hi All,

I received an update DM on March 5th 2014..
Appln Received : July 2nd 2013
Passport Req : Aug 27th
Medicals Received : Sep 10th
In Process : Feb 22nd 2014
DM : Mar 5th 2014

How long will it take for me to receive my passport ??
Do I have to contact the NDVO regarding this ??
Suggestions please.............

Congrats! It will take 2-10 days to get your passport and you don't have to contact anyone about it...just go out and celebrate with your family ;D
By the way, was your case straight forward?

Thanks for your reply...but i paid whole fee in the beginning, but NDVO said i should not pay whole fee in beginning. Stupid NDVO....now fee issue is solved.

Now my question is : Can a doctor extend the validation of medical. NDVO guy said that they are sending a letter which is not a medical, but doctor will extend its validation... how it can be done? Does anyone got this kind of letter from NDVO after the medical expire? please reply..

No I suggest you wait and see. If they said they will extend medicals, then they will do it. As long as you have written proof just in case.

I Sponsor my husband last year on may 27th.
And we receive an email to submit divorce petition
that we already mailed them 2 months ago but my
Ecas still shows application received. This is my
Second marriage nd his first also younger than me
And other thing his and my parents were not in the
Wedding. I I know there is a interview for us but why
It is taking so long to schedule our interview. I saw
They are issuing visas to June and July applicants.
I have a question can they refuse to issue visa without
An interview .

They will have to provide an interview before rejection or acceptance. If they don't then anyone can sue them because it is their job to check all the facts. Did you apply for GCMS notes or do an MP inquiry?

Hello magess it is not on your hand to get stamped passport with visa.if you check on the website processing time is 12 months. It sounds unfair when someone get visa within 6-8 month and we are still waiting for our passport. Every case is different. I think in this time you both need to be your each other strength to overcome this situation. I know it is hard we will meet with our love one soon. Don't worry everything will be fine it is just matter of time. Good luck. Tomorrow is new week hope it showers with all Dm and passport is returned with visa.

it is the day they will review it again..I am not sure why unless they are waiting for background checks to be done....

If this so then they must have reviewed it on 8March'14 & should send me something(Mail/Phone call) for next step... Thanks for reply " waiting 2 exhale "
