only one day left in my interview anybody who gone through interview in chandigarh ...... please give ur suggestion to me and help me to guide me regarding qus which might ask to me by visa officer

if you know your possible red flags be prepared to answer lot of questions on those issues. Don't worry. This could be just a QA interview to check if data entry done was ok or not. Or it could be a real interview with hard questions. In any case, be confident and don't let them see you sweat. You know that your relationship is real and genuine and no matter what visa officer does, it is not going to make you upset.

Hi.. I have a question if someone can help? I sponsored my husband in sept2013. I know there is still going to be a long wait.. But my concern is that our marriage is kind of a secret marriage as our parents didn't agree. It is a legal wedding with all the proofs except that our parents were not present and only few of our friends were present. Then we have been in a relationship from last 6 years, I submitted all the proofs with emails, gifts receipts, photos, my tickets, phone call records, money transfer receipts and everything from 2009 till date. I also explained the whole case in the sponsor question parts and also submitted out story written on a different sheet of paper. Right bow I am in India, I am kind of confused. Should I stay here for another month and wait if we get an interview b'cz I think it will be much better if we go together. Or should I go back? I am too confident b'cz our relationship is genuine, but then again u never know with NDVO. Should I wait till end of May? To see if we get an update?

Hello Wonderful people

I believe its high time that we raise our voice as seeking help from MP's is not helping anyone here,. as per govt they are making immigration better by making new laws and putting more restrictions and I respect that as to prevent the fraud it is necessary but what I don't understand is how immigration process is getting better. People used to get their visa in 3-4 months after file reaches NDVO. But now it is 12 months and still not guaranteed. And their website also got updated to 12 months processing time so that no one can disturb them..

I ask everyone out here on Humanitarian grounds how is it justified that we get married and then just leave our partners in a different country and go through all the pain and sacrifice and go through the worst immigration process to get united with our partners, which slowly affects the relationship as it is the best time that a couple spends after marriage but Immigration is making things worst and worst.

II am already in touch with National Reporter of CBC news and she is ready to cover our story so if anyone wants to jump in against this stupid waiting game please send me your story on my facebook. Link is in my signature.

I Sponsor my husband last year on may 27th.
And we receive an email to submit divorce petition
that we already mailed them 2 months ago but my
Ecas still shows application received. This is my
Second marriage nd his first also younger than me
And other thing his and my parents were not in the
Wedding. I I know there is a interview for us but why
It is taking so long to schedule our interview. I saw
They are issuing visas to June and July applicants.
I have a question can they refuse to issue visa without
An interview .

so far they haven't refused a visa without interview but with NDVO nothing is for certain and we don't know how they operate and if they follow their manuals when deciding course of actions..but so far no and I believe it will continue to be so...
