My medical will expire after 5 days... I am sure nothing going to happen now... I loosing all my faith on God... I hate you NDVO

couple of May applicants have not received anything from NDVO...in my case no ppr either..wonder if the delay got anything to do with anything or is it just they put it aside because it requires extra work..in my case is it because my lawyer never mentioned my phone number in the application and that delays the process since NDVO has to contact my lawyer for ppr or ask if I am ready to fly before such and such date..and this requires extra work...my medicals expiring in 12 days..yipee....

One July 7 applicant got Passport back with visa. Here is his timeline:

filed application ( Mississauga )- July 7th
File trax- August 5th
PPR - Sep 13th
Medicals done - first week of May

this NDVO is so random...i wish they understand people's pain...do u have any idea how many june applicants are left? Maybe they are still working on those too..

Thanks, when did they receive your application ?

My application went to NDVO on 16-Jan-2013 and I did my Interview on Jan 6-2014. I have passed everything medical also send again with the passport to NDVO. I am still waiting for them to issue me the visa.

God know when these guys will send me the visa. I am dying here without my spouse and these guys won't tell us what is going on. I asked them to tell me what is taking them so long, they said they cannot say anything. All my documents have been send to them and still the wait what a shame it is. I hate to call myself a Canadian where I cannot do anything, I wish the votes start again and then I will go for a protest to let them know why the government sucks.

The July 7 applicant is not on the spreadsheet, he posted the news earlier today in the forum in one of the previous pages

Hey there I have another question regarding IMM5475E. Under point 7 where it says I withdraw my authorization to release information from my case file to the individual name above. Where at the bottom it says to sign, that signature is for this point. Furthermore, do I need to sign this form or not. I am afraid to sign this form as it says (I withdraw my authorization), and under it we need to sign it.


Please help me.

What does it means wait time for 4 hours? is it the proceedure for 4 hours or just waiting down.
In toronto when you arrive, it takes just 2 mins to pass the immigrtation officer and around 20 mins to come out of the airport.

Dont worry. It seems that they finally started working on July applicants so you will hear good news by end of this month or next month. be positiveee and be patient for a bit longer. Wish you a speedy visa!

Thanks Anupam, Actually her flight is CANADA(Montreal)-UK(Heathrow)-India(Delhi) & Return also same i.e. DEL-LHR-YUL.

you dont need any transit visa in european transit...only USA sucks in that regard.
