Just curious , once the NDVO asks for Passport Request on 20th 2014 didn't you send passport of your spouse to NDVO ?

No she was coming to Toronto shortly after so we held off on sending the pp immediately knowing that it takes forever sometimes for them to revert. We do not have any support in India so it was essential my wife joins me asap.

Can you please tell me whats your procedure and am trying to bring my wife in June after marriage, How did you apply for TRV and what all the documents you submitted for it, Did you mention to embassy you got married and they gave you TRV ??

please tell me

thanks

rejected multiple entry trv twice b4 (due to limited proof of marriage and unclear purpose of visit) .. in addtion to the mandatiory requirements .. i kind of made a comprehensive case in the final application. Applied for single entry with PR application file number and proof of marriage (photos, cards etc).
I also stated that this was reapplication contesting prior grounds of rejection and attached the last lettor of rejection.

Hi Guys

A lot has happened since my last post.

My PR applicant wife got a TRV so she has moved in with me in Toronto.

She has now received her PPR, does this mean their is no requirement for an Interview? If required to interview we'll be in a fix because she is on a single entry TRV and we'd prefer not to go through another visa application for multiple entry.

Anybody knows whats next after PPR? We have submitted medical, pcc, paid fees with the application. (applied 25th Nov'13 , file moved 22nd Dec 2013 , PPR received 20th Jan 2014)

BUMP

if I write to ndvo I am all alone in Canada ,will they process my application faster???

My medical was expired in Dec 2013. My Lawyer said to do re-medical, but I didn't get any request. Can someone please answer if we can do re-medical without any request. Is it appropriate. Thx

Did you do your medical three months before application date.

All i see in regards to medicals is:

Validity date: Blank
Status updated date: 2013/07/18
Due Date: 2014/07/10

But this due date doesnt make sense as there is no way they will extend medicals from march to july! Basically all updated dates are showing july 2013 and nothing was touched on my file when i ordered for it.

Hey taj,

Buddy you can write anything to NDVO you like but the fact is that they will not listen to you or anybody else.

There process is strict and they don't care. Just need to be patient and prey that your application is fast.

Good luck.
