hey guys, I got a letter from ndvo saying to submit ppc and fees but no ppr , so I called my lawyer and hes saying they didn't ask for passport so we are not going to send it but I see some people are sending it and getting letters back from nvdo saying they recived all things requested and passport. the thing is my wife is not planning to travel and don't understand why my dumb lawyer is tell me not to send the passport, just want to get some feed back from you guys on what should I do???

till oct /nov 2013 it was the fee with the ppr now I guess ndvo has chaged the ppr a little bit............coz there is too much backlog and they are requesting the pp a little later now...so its ok not to send the pp right now....they will mail u again for the pp.......anyways ndvo takes the pp at a very early stage so u shldnt worry at all....its ok just wait for the next email

Welcome to the forum.
It might take time to get a visa for you or before medical expiry date. You may get an interview or not. We cant say for sure. When does your medical expire? I really hope you get good news without any delays. God bless!

not necessarily some forum members have been in a similar situation like yours and have not been called for interview..so it depends on how strong your documents are to prove the relationship. Did you wait for sometime after your divorce or marry right away (that is a red flag)? did you submit all the necessary documents to prove your divorce (not a red flag but they would send letters for more documents)?

That is a good news from your side. Congratulations for the DM hope you get a speedy visa. Apna number kab aaiga, is intezaar ne mera sab kuch le liye hai. 45 days ke baad bhi kuch update nahi e-cas pe. Kab tak aise hi zindagi guzaar na padega. I am so tired of waiting now, no wife no life is going on for 2 years now.

Hi all .
I'm June 17 applicant. My medical has only 10 days to expire from today, still there is no changes on E-Cas status. I worried about this. I had sent a mail to Ndvo. But no response from there.

I invite, anybody could give me any idea about my case? Really I bothered :-\.

you should be getting it soon. They will call you if you want to leave before medical expiry date and they will extend your medicals as well. Hopefully you will hear that very soon. Dont worry. Wish you a speedy visa!!!!

Hey guys,

Am back from Delhi wid my visa... and these people are workin on weekends too... and someone there told me that they are work hard to finish up the backlog... so those who needs some push to go on... hold on for a while am sure it will be done soon for all of u....
(My file was submitted on July,13 Passport in Sept,13...medicals were about to expire so they have given me a deadline to reach canada, met few more applicants there who were given the same option) They were in some meeting when i was there... n someone over there told me.. that they r workin on weekends and really hard to finish off the backlog... attach as many proofs as u can like phone bills, vacation pictures, receipts, anything that will prove ur case is genuine it makes it easier for them n faster for us... I wish u all get wat ur heart desires.. Keepin u all in prayers... and thank u so much for all the support and advice....

Hi Guy!!

My wife is Going to do her medicals Tomm, some ppl told me its ok to do her medicals and send it to NDVO.. But I am a bit worried because on the CIC website it say "Wait for instructions once you have submitted your application or,Undergo your exam before you submit your application (Only for certain Family Class applicants)".. Will it be ok for her to do her Medicals Now, at this stage? its been 4 + since her PPR ... Thanks
