Also thanks for giving other the good news of NDVO working full time.. Hope every 1 get visa soon :):)

Thanks SatishKavya.

They are indeed working in full fledged as I told the officer that we keep ourselves on track through the online forums and people are suffering big time.. He told me Mrs. _ _ _ _ _ _ we dont work weekends but just to clear this backlog we are doing all possible.

He was a good lad. Bless him.. And he assured that they are getting the backlog cleared. :)

Hello friends a question to you -

My medical exp is Mar 10, pcc is mar 15 & still no updates except mp enquiry says they going to start my file on feb 25th.

Now I am assuming that I will have to redo medical and pcc, medical is no big deal but PCC is a big deal especially for me because I live in rent. police guys asks for landlords bill and id which my landlord will never give. When I applied last year for pcc i went to my area's police commissioners office and they asked my landlords id which after forcing too much by police my landlord gave but now he won't give, he is rude and warned me that he will never give his ids.

So the question is Can I get my pcc (just pcc, i have passport) done from passport office as they are accepting bank statements, mobile bill, telephone bill etc which I can provide as they are on my name.
Do you have any idea if delhi passport office issues just pcc and is that valid to ndvo?

Thanks in advance

don't assume anything with NDVO since there is no hard and fast rule that they have to follow certain procedures..as far as PCC I believe it is valid for a year and rarely they have asked someone to redo PCC (of course people who have been waiting for a long time like 2012 applicants have been asked to redo their medicals). I may be wrong about PCC but wait until they ask you to redo anything.

I hired a lawyer...he sent photocopies of photos..even according to CIC website they say send photocopies of photos...on 18th dec they sent mail to send original photos..so i sent around 100 photos two months ago...

my lawyer loaded copies of my pics on Picasso website..so waiting for any bombshell from NDVO..by getting some communication from them, I will know that they have looked at my file...

I can be back in 45 day??? How many days does it take for the PR card??

Yeah they called i said YES....

So here's my OMG guys i got the visa too.... But i am freaking out...I have no clue how am going to manage

once you are done landing in canada then it takes around 2-3 months to receive your PR card...but in case you need to come backright away you can get single entry visa which takes about 20-25 days and you can come back...or not so good way is, if somebody you know who is coming to india when you are in india then they can bring it once it comes if you trust them with your PR card. ???

That sucks. Do it and send them as quickly. Like waiting 2 exhale said they might extend for a month or redo but make sure to send early. Then do an inquiry and tell them your medicals is about to expire. Didnt you get GCMS notes yet? All the best for the speedy visa. :)

Really hope this doesnt delay it too much.....sending it all in a couple of dayd and expecting the notes in 4-5 days....
