Hey hi guys i wan to know when can i come back to india once the visa is issued... I got a call from them sayin they will issue me visa if am ready to travel b4 5th of March or they will do remeds... my husband says remeds will take time n tht i gotta say yes to them... I have many things to sort here... wat r my options??

Hello friends a question to you -

My medical exp is Mar 10, pcc is mar 15 & still no updates except mp enquiry says they going to start my file on feb 25th.

Now I am assuming that I will have to redo medical and pcc, medical is no big deal but PCC is a big deal especially for me because I live in rent. police guys asks for landlords bill and id which my landlord will never give. When I applied last year for pcc i went to my area's police commissioners office and they asked my landlords id which after forcing too much by police my landlord gave but now he won't give, he is rude and warned me that he will never give his ids.

So the question is Can I get my pcc (just pcc, i have passport) done from passport office as they are accepting bank statements, mobile bill, telephone bill etc which I can provide as they are on my name.
Do you have any idea if delhi passport office issues just pcc and is that valid to ndvo?

you are a March applicant and I am May..I can understand your frustrations....for me notes, case specific inquiry, MP inquiry all say the same thing 'nothing started yet'..my lovely MP's assistant quit (I hope not because of my harassing her) and now MP's office is a mess that they haven't looked at my inquiry....I have ordered another notes and I hope it won't be the same message in March....

wow im so sorry to hear about your MP. Just be careful and dont be angry. Take it easy. you can still ask your MP to do an inquiry because you have your right to know about the status not theirs. Lol. Hopefully it will be good news when you get your notes in March. When did you order for it? All the bestt!!

They are indeed working in full fledged as I told the officer that we keep ourselves on track through the online forums and people are suffering big time.. He told me Mrs. _ _ _ _ _ _ we dont work weekends but just to clear this backlog we are doing all possible.

He was a good lad. Bless him.. And he assured that they are getting the backlog cleared.

don't assume anything with NDVO since there is no hard and fast rule that they have to follow certain procedures..as far as PCC I believe it is valid for a year and rarely they have asked someone to redo PCC (of course people who have been waiting for a long time like 2012 applicants have been asked to redo their medicals). I may be wrong about PCC but wait until they ask you to redo anything.
