Hello All, I requested my MP to enquire about my file. He contacted NDVO and as per him the officer will start reviewing my file on 25th feb and will contact me for interview. Do you think they really want interview or mp is just playing guessing game.

Also how much time they would be able to give me to leave India because my medical expires on Mar 10 and pcc on mar 16? I have to serve 1 month notice period in my company and shift my things from delhi house to my permanent home in Himanchal.

having applied notes three times, I can tell you that it took me 30 days to be exact. Wait until Wednesday next week then start wondering if your report is somewhere in the twilight zone. They email it if you had asked for electronic version. If not, it is sent to your physical mail address.

I think Mumbai000 got a call from NDVO like 4 days ago and got pp back with the visa yesterday.

Mumbai000 got a call on 4th feb and he got it back yesterday. I think you will get it by today or Monday! you will be soo super happy to see the shiny visa!

They have also updated my e-case regarding my Interview. Now there are 3 lines (At-least something happened)


1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 30, 2013.

2. Medical results have been received.

3. Interview scheduled for March 19, 2014.

Did you know why they requested for the interview? I might have to go through the same. Also I heard from Bikrant that they scheduled his interview at Chandigarh office, not sure why.. !!! I hope yours is in Delhi.

You can look at 2012 applicants in this forum. They are still waiting for the visas after interviews done. You may expect to get the visa within two months after an interview date. i hope they dont take so long and give all of us visas soon.
