congrats haritsharma, at least you got a step further :D, Gluck with your interview

Could you please tell when did you apply? I was not able to find you in spreadsheet
Did you apply for any GCMS notes which would say why the interview was scheduled or any reason in particular for interview?

Im sorry to hear about this. Yes NDVO is so messing around with your head..they are totally messed up. Dont worry too much if its only ppr. Then be happy. :) :) :)
I wish we can play with them just like they are playing with us!

I am August applicant and getting a bit worried now because

1. My wife is 8 months older than me (as per passport/birth certificate). My DOB was changed when I was kid, don't ask why :-[
2. After marriage we did not get the name change done for my wife (to avoid delay in immigration)
3. Instead of sending photocopy of birth certificate, I sent a copy of birth Certificate taken from phone camera :'(
(I forget to carry photocopy/original while coming back to canada)
4. We did not have reception, I am planning to do it in canada after my wife arrives

Does anyone know if this can cause any issue/delay in our file?

While, I believe we have provided more than enough proof which includes (bio-data shared between parents, emails, birthday ecard, phone calls, bbm/facebook complete chat history, fb pictures, invitation card of DJ and marriage, boarding pass and tickets, bills during time of engagement/marriage, bill from first night at taj, honeymoon bill n boarding passes, travel tickets to temple in small village, around 200 pics which includes pics from engagement, dj, marriage, honeymoon)

Haha i was so surprised when i saw some posts that their letter didnt mention about passport. its so important not to miss anything on the ppr letter. It was so obvious that it is ppr. Haha so stupid NDVO. :P
so you are saying it is definitely a ppr?? my lawyers assistant said shes also confused cuz it always says to send in passport and this time that parts is missing, and you know how it is with these forms ,you have to read everything twice so you don't make a mistake and them having to take even longer on ur file !

I think my wife is one of those applicant's who's file is sitting either at the very bottom or the center of a huge pile of appliant's who gets overlooked at every stage of moving to the next step. NDVO seems to have moved on to June 2013 applicant's, and my wife's file has been recommended an interview. We have yet to hear anything from ndvo. God this WAIT...WAIT...WAIT is killing us. ??? :-\ :'(

from your timeline, I see that they never asked your wife for passport? I assume you found about interview from notes. Any reason specified for interview? I am in a similar situation without passport request and nothing started and my medicals expires in two months. If you look at Myrah's spreadsheet, for those people who had gone through an interview , it took a minimum of 10 months for an interview. So, it will be March your interview date will be and NDVO usually gives a month for candidates to get ready. So in Feb you should hear about an interview date.

Hi all,

If anyone got an interview letter recently, please let me know. i need the list of interpreters that they send with interview letter. I did not receive it with my letter :(
