4.A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision.

First of all,congo of being Decision Made to you and Happy Marriage Anniversary
i wanna ask you something,i checked the spreadsheet and i noticed that u send re-medicals on 31-dec-13,what i need to know is that were you asked for the re-medicals by CHC or u just sent it by yourself?

I am an August applicant and my medical is going to expire on 4-feb-2014? i just don't know what is going to happen?
