I met my wife 1st time when i visited india in december 2012. Our relationeship was finalized in April 2013 when both families had small ceremony in my absence.After that we started talking to each other. I arrived india in october 2013 and we got married in october. I was in india for 1 month after marriage.
I applied for my wife's sponsorship on October 25, 2013. SA on November 20th. PPR January 16. I am going to send my passport early next week. At the time of application, i provided following as proof of our relationship:
Photographs: Ceremony in april(8 photos- In my absence) and wedding photographs( 14 photos) only.
Honeymoon trip booking details,Passport stamp copies for my visits, copy of our joint bank account we opened, phone call history from April to October. We didnt submit and chat logs for gmail,facebook or whatsapp.
So my question is should i submit more documents with my passport. I can submit, more photographs including honeymoon pictures,diwali pics,her b'day pics,karwa chauth pics etc when we were together;more call history Also passport stamp copies for Mauritius visit; gmail and whatsapp chat logs. Do you think this can cause any delay. Is there anyone on forum submitted documents with passport and faced any delay?

its not a know fact that does the application gets delayed or not...does ndvo even look at the documents u send after application without u asking for it...we don't know!!......some ppl have sent it and some haven't ....so if u feel u haven't send a lot of proof then u can send them some more proof....
good luck :) (p.s I didn't send any other proof coz we were satisfied with everything we had sent......after application my hubby came twice to india and I still didn't send them any proof.....)

Hi....

I have following queries.....kindly share your experience and opinions....

1). What might be the possibilities for rejection?
2). My UK master degree will enhance the chance of visa rejection?? Because I have applied for Diploma course..
3). Should I apply again in Non-SPP category?
4). I have applied for CAIPS note file. If they have problem regarding my course, then should i apply again after changing course?? Or they will think that my plan is to enter canada anyhow??

Please share me your experience and opinions....

1/2. Yes, one of the reasons seems to be that you have studied for Masters but you were applying to a college program in Canada which kind of looks like applying to a level of studies that is lower than the Masters education you have received. If you were applying for another Masters or a PhD, there may be a higher chance of getting student visa. I also don't know why they would think that your documents are not authentic. Do your degrees have the notarized stamp made by the school?

3. I would not suggest applying for a student visa or a visit visa because there is a highly possible of another rejection. Just be patient and I hope things work smoothly for you with your processing.

4. Not sure about, sorry.

YAY!!!!! CONGRATS!! So happy for you. Hope they give your passport back soon with visa.
Can you tell me if your case was straightforward, and travel, etc?
